Sahaj gulped. He cannot face her. Not when he dreamt about dancing with her in the rain. Not when his whole dream was surrounded by the the thought of how soft her skin would be. Not when he woke up with the extreme urge to touch her.

No. He can't.

He was wishing for her to be absent as he sat on his bench. But she came, opening the door with extreme force and making her entry as if she was some badass villain from a cool Tamil movie. But her smile took all the coolness away and made her look like a comedian.

His eyes widened and he looked down, desperately trying to not make eye contact with her.

Samidha looked at Sahaj to find him glaring at his own palms and making weird expressions to himself. She found it weird, but decided to not say anything. Maybe he didn't want to talk to her . Whatever it was, it was none of her buisness.

So she sat down on her bench, minding her own buisness and talking to her friends.

Finally when the teacher came, Sahaj looked up from his palms at her, just to find her already looking at him.

She smiled at him and turned around, without waiting for his response. Well her duty was to smile at him and tell him that she doesn't have any hard feelings for him.

Sahaj furrowed his brows and looked back at his book. What the hell was that?

As the lecture proceeded, he could hear the boys in front of him whispering to themselves.

"These two have something going on between them. I saw them yesterday."
One boy spoke and the other looked at him, interested.

"Really?"

"Yes, they were standing so close and he was holding her hands. They had literally no distance between them. All close close."

"Woah?! Did they kiss?"
The other boy whisper yelled. How exciting right? Just to know the gossip about everyone's lives.

"No. Shubham came with some other people. So they left. You know, they both went into the same car."

Sahaj furrowed his brows. Shubham? Was that guy talking about his Shubham? His best friend Shubham?

"Wow. I never took Samidha to be like that? He has mone-"

"Do you have something to say?!"
Sahaj roared from behind them, not able to listen one wrong word about her. He knew the boy was gonna name her as a gold digger. Sahaj knew he was a shitty person, and no one would want him. So the only reason people will be able to think of would be his money. That she befriended him because of money.

They don't know shit about her. She talks to him nicely just because Shubham asked her to. Sahaj knew it. She didn't give a damn about him. And she won't give a shit about some losers calling her gold digger.

But Sahaj did. And he had the collar of the boy's shirt in his hand.

"Say a word bad about her and I guarantee you won't breathe the next minute."
Sahaj seethed, pulling the sitting boy up and scaring the shit out of him.

Everyone turned around to watch him and their eyes widened. Sahaj was again looking like he would punch the life out of the guy.

Their teacher ran towards them and tried to pry his hands off of him.

"Sahaj! Leave him!"
He shouted and Sahaj pushed the guy back, leaving him. Then he turned towards their teacher.

"Tell him to mind his own fucking buisness and his words. I will kill him if he says one bad word about............"
Sahaj roared but stopped midway. He can't say her name. He can't let a girl affect him so much that he goes on fighting like that!
