As expected, Samidha didn't talk to Sahaj after that. All she did was hum, nod and ignore him.

For the past five days, Samidha bonded with Radha so much that even Radha hadn't spoken more than thirty words to him. Whenever Samidha was in the office, she would sit in her cabin, or just wander around and at home she would always be in Radha's room.

And thank god, Radha was there. It had slipped his notice that Samidha had once again stopped applying the ointments and eating her medicines.

And Radha also took her to get her stitches removed. His past week had been so hectic that Samidha had to remind him to eat by throwing his lunch on the table and glaring at him.

Right now they were in a meeting and Samidha was standing, eagerly waiting for it to get over so that she could sit. He noticed how she was unable to stand for more that fifteen minutes and was always wanting to sit.

Mr. Barnala's assistant was also standing thus Samidha also had to stand. Only partners were sitting.

Sahaj looked up at her to find her looking somewhere with a very pained and tired expression.

"Samidha?"
He asked, cutting off whatever Mr. Barnala was saying.

She looked down at him and raised her eyebrows.

"Go out and have a seat. I would like everyone of you to please give us a moment."
He smiled at the other employees and Mr. Barnala, giving him suggestive looks as to how they needed privacy for whatever they were going to talk about now.

"Yes of course. Please you guys."

Sahaj looked up at her again, and she furrowed her brows, asking if he was sure she should leave, because as per what she has heard, even Barnala wasn't a great man.

Nobody was, except Sahaj.

He nodded and she left.

"Radha! Martha! Is anyone there?!"
Samidha's shouts were disturbing Sahaj's work.
She had been yelling for the past ten minutes. If she won't talk to him then she better not disturb his work.

Already it was irking him that she was not even looking at him.

Clicking his tongue in annoyance he knocked on her door and yelled

"Stop shouting. I will send someone."

When he heard her small okay he went down to find that every single one of the helpers were absent along with Radha and the furniture.

Looking out of the window he saw everyone in the garden spreading out bedsheets, mattresses, pillows and every other item in the house.

What the hell were they doing?!

But before that he had to tell Samidha that they were all busy, otherwise she would keep waiting for him.

Running back upstairs he knocked on her room and yelled
"They are busy."

And get no response. And then suddenly he heard her yelp.

"Samidha?! Is everything okay? I'm coming in!"
He yelled and opened the door.

His eyes widened at the sight in front of him.

Samidha was lying on the ground, wearing a thin strapped deep neck, almost an innerwear top and sweatpants.

She had fallen down by twisting her ankle.

"Ouch."
She yelped out in pain when she tried to get up.
Her back was already seriously injured, so getting up was by herself was not possible. And even though the cut on her palm was almost a week old, it was still very very painful to put even a little bit of pressure. So getting up by herself was going to do nothing but hurt her.
