"So the horizontal component of A will be u cos X and vertical will be u sin X."
As soon as the teacher finished Shivangi leaned into Samidha."Sahaj has been staring at you."
"He must be looking at something in this direction, not me."
Samidha replied back, jotting down the points."No. He is staring at you. Has been staring at you for 45 minutes straight."
Samidha kept her pen down, sighing and looked at Shivangi.
"He must be staring at you then. Why would he stare at me?"Shivangi rolled her eyes.
"Because you are the only one that talks to him. You are the one who roasts him. You are the one who pulled him from that fight."Samidha just gave a whatever and started writing down the things.
Shivangi was cruel. Because now Samidha was not able to concentrate on the lecture. Was he really staring at her? But why would he? And definitely not after what happened the previous day.
One look won't hurt right.
Ever so slowly she turned her head and her eyes met a pair of deep dark orbs.
Shivangi was right. He was staring at her.
She was quick enough to avert her gaze once their eyes met. But, one more look won't hurt right?!
So turned back again and he was still staring at her. Her one thought was, that maybe he just zoned out looking at her, but no, his eyes travelled from her back to her face. To her eyes.
He held the eye contact and Samidha was the one who had to break it due to how flustered she suddenly was.
Well, she didn't have a sexy boy stare at her and only her with such an intense expression before.
She could interpret his expressions in two ways
1) He wanted to strangle her to death
2) He wanted to kiss her to death. So being a rational person she knew it was the first one.
Sighing out she again started concentrating on the lecture. But as soon as it was over, she again turned her head back and she again found him staring at her. And she's had enough.
"Excuse me Mr. Kashyap, if you want to zone out thinking about something, please do it looking somewhere else. I do not appreciate people looking my way for a very long time."
She said loudly and Sahaj raised his eyebrows.
"And why do you think I was looking at you Miss. Sharma."
He asked raising his eyebrows and for the first time he was not angry, so some light gasps were heard."I'm not saying you were looking at me Mr. Kashyap. I said you were looking at something my way. So please, do turn your head and look someone else's way for an hour."
Sahaj's eyebrows shot up in amusement. Didn't she got defensive real quick?
"It seems like you were not able to concentrate on the lecture because of me. I apologise. Will you please allow me to treat you an ice cream for my unacceptable behaviour?"
Shubham's eyes widened and his neck jerked to his friend's side, while his mouth hung open in shock, his heart threatened to come up in his throat.
As soon as Samidha comprehended what the angry-not-so-angry boy said, she felt her face warming.
Her mouth opened and closed like a fish and her expressions had a swift turn from sharp to soft, confused and flustered. The boy who doesn't speak to anyone, the boy who's always angry, the boy who beats people up was asking to treat her with an ice cream for apology.
Even if she would act nonchalant, it was a big deal! Especially for the other people.
