"Don't leave me momma. Please."
Sahaj whimpered in his sleep. Samidha looked back at his seat and grabbed her head.

"Please come fast Shubham. Come and take him before I do something I'll regret."
She muttered, referring to her strong urge of hugging him tight and making him sleep with his head on her lap while she caresses his hair.

"Mu.......ma."

He again whispered, highly uncomfortable on the hard bench.

Samidha stood up and went towards him. Kneeling down, she pushed his hair away from his face.

"A little more. Shubham will be there anytime soon."
She whispered and started drawing circles on his forehead with her index finger.

"You agitate me you know. Never have I ever been so rude to someone as I am with you. Neither have I ever been so polite to anyone too. I hate you with all my heart. But look, I'm here wishing for you to get well soon and start fighting around as you did before."
She said softly still drawing circles on his forehead and slightly massaging him. His furrowed brows relaxed and his whole body visibly loosened.

Samidha smiled.
What a pretty boy. But before she could make any remark, Shubham was flying inside the class the yelling.

"I'm here. Are you okay?!"
He yelled and Samidha glared at him and motioned for him to keep a finger on his lips.

Shubham gulped and nodded, taking a mental note to ask her why she was sitting like that afterwards.

She stood up and both went out of the class.

"What happened to him? Did he tell you anything?"
Shubham asked worried. Samidha shook her head and offered him her handkerchief. His hair has gotten a little wet in the rain.

"No. All he did was ask me to call you and cr.........yeah. He was feeling too weak to say anything else. "
She said, not finding it the right time to ask about Sahaj's dream.
What if it was really a sensitive topic.

Shubham nodded.
"I should take him home."

"Yeah. He must be utterly uncomfortable on that bench. And please call a doctor too."
Samidha chuckled but her eyes were deeply concerned.

"Yeah. But thankyou Samidha. Even after being on bad terms you still helped him. I don't know what I would do without you."
Shubham said taking a step forward and holding her hands.
Samidha shook her head, smiling softly.

"Thank me later. First take him to a doctor. Gosh, I can't bear to see his face for even a minute now."
She grumbled and Shubham laughed, dropping his hands to his side. She never let's the character down.

"Yeah."

Shubham took an almost unconscious Sahaj to his car and gently lied him down on the back seat, with a lot of help from Samidha. Sahaj was not able to even stand for a minute. His legs were all jiggly jiggly wobbly wobbly.

"I hate this kind of behaviour from people!"
Samidha yelled throwing her phone on the bed.

It has again been two days and neither Shubham nor Sahaj have replied to her messages and it fucking irritated the shit out of her.
She was worried about him man! Worried!

She looked at the time, 3:36 p.m. She needs to leave otherwise she'll be late for class.

Picking up her bag and locking up her house, she left.

When she was just in front of her class her phone rang. It was Shubham.

"Hello?"

"Hello Samidha?"
He breathed out, sounding like he ran a marathon.
