[DOTS Y/n x Shi Jin] Always Beside You

Chapter 36

Shi Jin's pov

'Good morning, Patient Yoo.' I look up, seeing Dr. Han open the door wide open and fixing it in place. The other soldiers guarding the room look confused at the door being wide open, the commander's face distorting in annoyance.

'This is a military matter-' I get out of bed watching Lieutenant Park pull Dr. Han back by her arm, only for her to push him off with a knowing smile. 

'Ya! You!' The director and his men behind him storm toward the room from the end of the corridor pointing at Dr. Han in the distance as I finally come to stand next to her, the director shouting swear words into the entire hospital. 

'Did I do something?' Dr. Han asks blandly as the director's veins show out from his neck in fury. He seethes looking between the two of us, raising his hand. I try to stand in front of Dr. Han as the director raises his hand, Dr. Han simply pushing me backward into the room. 

'Murder solicitation, attempt, and now you're going to beat me?' She asks again, Lieutenant Park's eyes growing wide as she speaks. 

'Director-' Lieutenant starts, the director kicking his leg before slapping Dr. Han across the face. 

'What are you doing-' I say as I step forward, pulling Dr. Han behind me as the director points at me with his finger.

'You- I swear I'll finish you.' He says with trembling hands, but before I reply, I hear a loud shouting from the corridor, another group of men running through. 

'Captain, what is this-' I hear the other alpha members ask me as they glance between Lieutenant Park and the director, but I only gesture at them to talk later seeing the men run through the corridor past the other patients and staff. 

'Ya! Catch them!' One of them shouts, the others sprinting at full speed toward the director and Lieutenant Park. I watch the Lieutenant's wide eyes look into the director's, them fumbling against each other and trying to find the exit.  

'Ya!' The middle-aged detective yells as he points at the two frantically trying to get away, him running at the front with others following behind.

'Stop him. Whatever happens, I take the responsibility.' I say to the rest of the alpha members as reach my hands out, pulling the director back by his neck. Sergeant Seo tackles Lieutenant Park onto the ground, the others hesitating for a second before helping Sergeant Seo secure him. 

'Let go. Let. Go!' The director shouts as he struggles against my grip, groaning as I only flip him around onto his back, slamming him down onto the ground. 

'You have been charged for the murder solicitation of Captain Yoo Shi Jin. You have the right to stay silent and call for an attorney. But anything you say or do not say can be used against you.' The detective says quietly as he takes the director from me, handcuffing his hands together behind him, the other detectives doing the same to Lieutenant Park.

'What is this, Captain? Murder?' Snoopy asks with wide eyes watching Lieutenant Park yell at them to do something. He turns to the detectives, asking the same question as I look back at Dr. Han covering her wicked smile with her hand. 

'Ya! I'm going to kill both of you.' The director shouts at Dr. Han as the detective pulls him up, Dr. Han peeking out from behind me. 

'I told you. If you hurt my people, I'll make you pay twice as hard. You're the one who ignored my warning.' She says, tapping his face gently.
