As Imzyh continue, he retrieved a small pouch from his satchel, containing a components required for the charm. The others watched in anticipation as he began his craft.
Imzyh, with a quiet yet confident demeanor, "The charms are ready. Here, I'll distribute them to each of you."
Rina expressed her gratitude, "Thanks, Imzyh," while the others eagerly received their protective charms.
Khai inquired, "So, how do we use these charms?"
Imzyh proceeded to explain, "Simply wear the charm, and it will passively grant you an effect. With this, you'll be able to slay and repel ghosts effortlessly. Just keep it on you, and it should provide the protection we need."
As the group adorned their charms, a subtle energy emanated from the magical trinkets, signaling their newfound defense against the spectral entities that roamed the land at night.
At night
As night fell and everyone prepared, Trisha approached Samael with a mix of concern and care. "Samael, be careful out there," she urged.
Samael, with a reassuring smile, responded, "Do not worry about me, Trisha. As long as I have them around, we will be safe." He then turned his attention to General Hoax and issued a command, "General Hoax!"
General Hoax stood at attention and replied, "Yes, my prince."
Samael continued with authority, "Guard this place diligently. Ensure that everything remains safe in our absence."
Samael shifted his attention to his comrades. "Is everyone ready?"
Zarek pointed out, "Wait, it seems Imzyh is not here."
Samael inquired, "Where is he going? Rina, do you know where Imzyh is?"
Rina responded, "I apologize, Samael. I don't know where he is."
Just as the concern started to rise, Imzyh appeared. "Sorry, I'm late."
Imzyh's sudden arrival relieved the tension, Samael inquired, "Where have you been, Imzyh?"
Imzyh proudly displayed a small bottle. "Here, I managed to capture this guy and put him in the bottle."
Zarek recognized it. "Is that a Wisp..."
Mikaela, astonished, added, "You put it in the bottle?"
Imzyh nodded. "Yes, I captured it and put it in the bottle. Similar to how the Elven Queen gave Elara the ability, this Wisp can sense the presence of Banshees and Undead if they are nearby."
The group marveled at Imzyh's resourcefulness in utilizing the captured Wisp for their advantage against the spectral threats.
Samael pressed on, determination in his voice, "Looks like we have everything we need. Let's go, everyone. Remember, we have to rescue the other refugees." The group nodded in unison, ready to embark on their quest to find and rescue those in need.
As the group rode on horseback, they passed through a desolate battlefield, the air thick with the stench of blood and the ground strewn with lifeless corpses. Samael's voice cut through the eerie silence, his tone heavy with a mix of sorrow and anger, "Did you see that? This is the result of Thrush's insatiable quest for Ashes Whisper. He is willing to sacrifice countless innocent lives to attain it." The battlefield, a horrifying and terrifying sight, bore witness to the merciless havoc wreaked by Lord Thrush in his relentless pursuit of power.
Khai voiced a comforting sentiment, "Yeah, you're right. Elara is far away from us, perhaps she is safe with Zeirsulair."
Suddenly, Mikaela's sharp eyes caught movement near a broken chariot. Reacting swiftly, she alerted the others, "Everyone, look! There's someone inside here!"
