Harry relaxed as life seemed to give him the same respite as it did earlier.
Annette was going to arrive soon and
he drove to the station to pick her up.
Young William had grown and greeted him cheerfully.
Harry was glad to see Annette again and it seemed as if he was seeing her after a year.
" Oh darling! " he exclaimed.
" My sweetheart," she murmured.
They grasped each other lovingly as if they had been parted for years.
" My little bunny ," he said to William whom he held in his arms kissing his cheeks.
" Dada ," said William.
They now looked like a happy family reunited.
" We'll go home he said helping Annette with the suitcase.As they got into the car they were unaware of the scrutiny of a bystander.He was tall and well built.He looked remarkable standing two paces away gleening all that he could.He went over to the phone booth.
" Rupert here ,she has returned ," he said.
" Good job now try to get an invite get to know them better," said Ptolemy.
" Yes I'll do what I can but it will take time," he answered.
He saw the car whizzing past as he walked a few steps to the parking lot.
Having done so he got into his sedan and drove away.
He had a date with Roxette Tiphany and was going to prepare himself for it.Ptolemy had given him details of Terence and had told him to act just as he had done.He reached his penthouse showered and dressed.
He was listening to music and it only made his task seem wonderfully adventurous.
