Harry Thompson looked at the note in his pocket and threw it into the dustbin. He was tired of Roxette? What did she want now that he had married Annette. He gulped down a glass of water each time he read a note left on his desk.
She had been insisting that she wished to meet him at Carvins'.
The phone rang and his secretary's voice could be heard.
" Sir Roxette Tiphany wants to meet you."
" What about?" he asked.
" It's about your shares ," she replied.
" I've decided to sell them ,fix a meeting with the company."
" You mean Mr Halifax Tiphany,"
she answered.
" Yes Diana and make it soon."he said impatiently.
" Yes sir," she replied.
He couldn't wait to get rid of the ties between himself and the Tiphany.
He got out of the office driving down to Carvins'.It was evening and the cafeteria was bustling with people. He got a table instantly and sat waiting. The lights in the distance seemed to brighten.  Roxette  sat opposite him and looked into his eyes.
He felt a spine chilling sensation yet overwhelmed by her intoxicating looks. He tried to avoid staring at her and asked at length,
"What do you want?"
"A spot in your life," she said with pleading eyes.
" Now Roxy I'm married." he stated.
" Just a few times like old times," she insisted.
"No," he declined.
" Oh then you've got to see these," she remarked.
Taking out an envelope from her purse she gave it to him.
" Have a look," she said calmly.
He opened the envelope and looked at the photographs. He froze as he skimmed through each one of them.

They were shot on the occasion when they met before he had tied the knot.
Now his mind froze as he saw her lying next to him in repose.
