A ray of the sun drops on a fixed spot on the sand. Jisung goes there, bathing in its not-strong warmth.
The lighting makes his flannel look see-through, and I gulp down my feelings, glimpsing at his perfect waist. Jesus. Jesus Christ, he's insane.
It's a scenery that displays a pulchritudinous human being. Alive and all for me.
His torso is shaped like an upside-down triangle— quite broad shoulders, slim abdomen, then his hips are somewhat bony.
He doesn't seem to be too toned, but perfect. Just perfect.
I'm not looking for anything more or anything less; I just want Han Jisung.
Han Jisung who's smiling brightly, now running towards me with his arms open, tackling me on the ground and giggling.
Surprisingly, no one's on the beach. However, it's almost eight, so suddenly it's not that shocking anymore.
"Okay, get off before someone sees."
"Nobody will, it's just you and I." he says, pinning my sinking hands down as he interlocks our fingers. I start sweating.
"Why do you love doing this?"
"You just look good from up here."
"I thought you liked being under me," I raise an eyebrow, remembering his exact words from quite a while ago. "just saying."
"Let a man switch."
He breaks down into laughter again. He's been laughing a lot these days, and I love to see it.
The sun is already melting into the horizon. I turn my head towards the sea, watching it paint the sky pink.
Pink. What a joyful colour. I'd enjoy it more if I wouldn't be stuck in depression.
Jisung is just a distraction for me.
Sure, he makes me happy, I feel content around him. Safe.
But the sorrowness, the way I still feel so elegiac. Will it ever go away?
Yeah, if I stick by Jisung's side, it eventually will, maybe. I have faith in us.
He rests his head on my chest, looking at the beautiful decor. The sky is adorned with beautiful colours, but they could never be as beautiful as Jisung is.
"Why is your heart beating so fast?"
"Because of you." I murmur, patting his upper back. The cloth is so thin I can almost feel his skin through it.
For a few seconds he contemplates, not saying anything. Then he whispers, "I've been feeling like this since I met you."
"That was pretty soon."
"Love at first sight at its finest, Minho."
"I don't know how much I believe in that."
"Well, I certainly know how I felt and continue feeling for you."
