Have you ever wondered how and why on a particular day, you were so positive, bold and carefree, everything inspired your optimistic and enthusiastic mind? You were able to tackle any hurdle that life threw at you. That smug look you gave while handling all sorts of events like a boss never left your face too.

But, a week earlier, on the same day, you got upset and irritated over juice accidentally spilling over your shoes in public. You think, ‘Who are these two people?’ It was you.

Consider any situation you’ve come across in your life, wherein you anticipated the worst social interaction or something out of the ordinary that made you lose inner peace at first. But, at the end, you might have
adapted to the situation and managed admirably well. Now, how were you able to overcome overthinking and anxiety and blend with joy and peace and carefreeness?

It was because of your attitude. The right attitude yields the right results.

Remember that where your mind goes, your brain along with your body follows. When you wake up and you feel the lightness and better attitude at heart, your day goes by like that. Contrarily, when you wake up with any of the negative feelings such as anger, disappointment, frustration, etc. you have just spelled out ‘doom’ for your whole day.

It is you who faced the difficult times in your life, which you thought you would never survive. Also, it is you who couldn’t face the stupid
comments that people passed at you just for the sake of pinning you down.

So, which one do you want to be? Or, can you be any one of these? Only you have the answer with you. What you need to know is that, don’t
distance yourself from you and start self-criticizing as if you are criticizing
someone else. Don’t ever do that. Appreciate yourself when you have done something which you feel is an important thing in your life, which may include anything trivial from finishing the egg whites that you hate, for the sake of health (or) talking to friends without awkwardness (or) anything for that matter. These small things only make the greater you. So, they are very important, too.

When you start falling in love with every single thing visible and invisible about you., you wouldn’t give the least level of importance or
concern for the so-called outside world and the people in it, be it your friends. It is after all your life, right? When are you going to stop cribbing over everyone and everything, and start living for yourself and for those who are dear to you.
