“If you don’t embrace who you are and accept who you are, you won’t be able to live a happy life.”
– Ciara

This chapter is going to be little heavy. The intended audience is the hurting and lost souls, but of course it’s not restricted to them alone. For those who have had a terrible past that is so dark that you don’t even want to look back at it and definitely cannot face it again, this chapter will act like a healing surgery.

Everyone will have a past that doesn’t need to see the present. Everyone has a story.
So, in order to be make peace with your past so that it can no longer haunt you with the black and white memories and hunt you down like a
vile fox, let us consider the wound first and then heal it instead of simply covering it up. The worst thing about this problem is that you cannot, in reality hide or run away from it, because, I realized that it’s totally impossible to run away from your own mind.

It not only hurts but pains like death. The mind is the foe. Who on Earth can become our saviour now?
Look back on the disasters that you faced in the past. To muster enough courage and bring yourself face to face with that demon, which the time had locked inside a fragile cage for you, is not a simple deed. Life had not been merciful and ripped you off of even the simplest joys with which you could have thrived well.

Now, for retrospection’s analysis and results. Are all the wounds closed and healing? Or, is anything still burning inside? If healed, what does the scar talk about? Had it taught something? What is it? If burning, why? More
time needed? Still holding on to the past? Results need not be evaluated on some scales. That is the important lesson. They are your results from your past from your life. What did I just do there? Yes, I made you realize that
you and your life are one and the same, you should accept it and come to terms with it.
You cannot swap yourself with someone you think is leading a happy life, mainly because your destination cannot be reached by walking on their roads. Tell yourself that you’re born the way you are and there is always room for changes. You are unique and the only one capable of living your life.

Everything that your life has given to you, is your nest. Treat it with great care and love.
Even if everyone leaves you, you should be there for yourself no matter what. You are enough and you can heal. But, if you choose to desert yourself, then life has actually lost all cause.

In the past, you may have suffered a lot, both physically as well as psychologically. I am not going to lie that life will stop throwing stones at you after it has had enough fun. No! But, you would’ve become stronger.

You would’ve learned a lot about yourself. You would’ve discovered that you deserve to live like any other person around.

Believe that the supreme power you believe in can never be wrong. So, you do have a purpose here and you should strongly believe it. Your nest can be distinct, flawed, but, you live in it. It is yours and you start dealing with it in a mature manner.

Everything is under control, don’t think otherwise. Whatever happens, happens for a reason, which most of the time would be undisclosed and unclear to our small brains. But, as time goes on the random dots will get connected to offer for your view, the master picture of your life.
