Stopping before the house, my eyes quickly scanned the surroundings.
I was sort of surprised to see just a regular, almost average house. I somehow expected a modern villa, but it's just an ordinary house. Ground level.
Its walls painted white, contrasting the black tiled roof, doors, and windowsills. The driveway leading up to a small house is merely a few blocks of concrete, and a car parked in the front. His car. Lights going off in the room on the left means someone's home.
Jimin and I walked up to the door when he gestured to them. 'Wanna have the honours?'
'Don't mind if I do.' I tugged on my shirt as if I'm fixing it, then knocked a few times, watching Jimin lean into a wall on his left
I covered the little peephole just in case, and it seemed to have worked as the lock clicked open.
'Hello. What can I-' words, blood and possibly his life force had drained out of him at the sight of me
'Hello, doctor. Came to ask if you needed something else? A kidney? Maybe a spleen?'
Panic and fear were written on his face like a gliding graffiti, and he tried to push the door closed, but Jimin stepped between the door and the frame, and the door bounced open, knocking the doctor stumbling backwards. And then he nearly shat himself.
Jimin prowled inside the house like he owned it, each step taken so poised and dangerous. A hunter and his pray.
Drawing a blade, Jimin flipped it over his fingers as he stalked closer, until the doctor hit the wall behind him.
'Which part should I take for what you took from her?' Jimin's steel tone is the only thing matching up with the knife he's holding under the doctor's throat
'Y-you're...' The doctor stuttered through thay single word, all the colour draining from his face. It was amusing watching him turn pale white and clammy within seconds, beads of sweat trickling down his forehead
'I am.' Jimin answered simply, because the man obviously knows who he is. 'Then you know why I'm here.'
'I- I just- I just did what I was t-told t-to do.' He stuttered even worse, looking like he's about to pass out
'Didn't ask.' Jimin grabbed him by the neck and flung him into the wall next to him, pinning him to it with force. The man wailed in pain, and I revelled in the sound.
'Now, let me explain to you in short lines what's gonna happen here. You are not getting out of this alive. Just so you know where you stand.'
S started whimpering, fighting against Jimin's hold but couldn't shake him off, but Jimin only held him tighter, making him wheeze.
'The only thing you can really do here is save your daughter.'
Man's eyes bulged from fear, and not out of pain anymore. He stilled, freezing in his spot.
'Maoni, a nice name by the way, is going to suffer the same fate as my wife did. First, I'll make sure to have her raped and used. Maybe I'll speed up a process a bit, though. Then I'll take out her womb. But, unlike you, I don't have the surgeon's precision, so I'll probably make a mess. Take a few extra bits. But I'll make sure she's alive. And suffering. Like you left my wife to bleed and suffer in pain for weeks, locked in that room beneath the surface.'
'My daughter-she has nothing to do with this! Please, I'm begging you-'
'Save your breath. My wife begged as well and no one helped her. What makes you think I care?'
'My daughter is pregnant.' He cried, falling apart at the seams
'No problem. I'll carve the child out of her and give it to you. You can grow it in a jar or something.'
