RAIN POV
I did not expect to wake up to a home invasion. I was so nice and comfortable in Jimin's arms, sleeping away more relaxed than I ever thought I would be again. Relaxed enough to have a nice dream for a change.
We were sprawling on the beach, under the summer heat. It was the beach on Mallorca where we lived. I could hear the children laughing. Waves splashing. I could feel the salt drying on my skin under the sun. And then I felt like I was getting carried away by the waves, and when I opened my eyes, I found Jimin shaking me awake.
And since then, the rest of it seemed like more of a dream than reality. You know when you're forced awake and the confusion still holds even after you know you're up? Well, that's where I've been stuck in for the last hour. But I believe the confusion is finally wearing off now that I'm holding onto him as he dashed through the empty streets.
Even though the guys raced ahead of us, getting away from the house, Jimin caught up to them, and practically flew past them all. Now, we're ahead and next to Jungkook, who gave us a nod when he saw Jimin fly past him, then raced up until he caught up with us.
Car honked next to us, and the window rolled down to show Namjoon, who only geatured with his head for us to follow, so we did.
We let him ahead and drove after him for nearly 30 minutes until we reached a trail that led up into the mountainside.
'What. The. Fuck.' I heard Jimin muttering under the helmet, so I peeked out from behind him and realized why the reaction
The path we drove up led do a gate which was opening up for us, letting us through, and inside, a massive, brand new, house. A villa. An entire damn estate in the moutains.
We didn't get to stop for a second, but we followed Namjoon to some underground road, which turned to be a garage. That's when we stopped.
Jimin turned off the ignition and pulled the stand down, and we got off the bike and took off our helmets. I noticed the rest of them coming out of the cars and such, but I was in too much awe to react to anything.
The entire south wall of the garage was just massive, thick glass that led to a hollow beneath. I walked up to the glass to look through it, and saw vast, black, nothing. Like it's the end of the earth, and the darkness ate it all up.
'Where the fuck are we?' Hoseok was the first one to voice everyone's thoughts, and we all turned to Namjoon
'Welcome home, Serpents.' He smirked. 'Come on. Follow me.'
'Home?' Taehyung whispered over to me as if I have any fucking clue
Jimin laced his fingers with mine and gently tugged me along, but was looking left and right like the rest of us. Stunned and confused.
'Fingerptints. You're all registered.' He spoke to us all and pressed his finger to a scanner hidden under the pad on the wall. The door whirred quietly and he opened them, letting us all in.
Like ducklings, we followed blindly into the darkness, which ceased to be only seconds later.
'Everything is on sensors in the hallways down under. The lights turn on automatically. The rest of them are still normal cause I don't want us blinded if someone gets up in the middle of the night.'
'I'll give you all a tour tomorrow. For now, quick guide. Training rooms, to the right.' He pointed to the black door on the right as we walked by. Didn't even open them. '2 new torture chambers to the left. You're welcome.' He glanced at Jimin as he said it, which was honestly a bit funnier than it probably should have been
