Adrian Bullies Ray

Adrian looks around, Where are my children?

Our children are in bed sleeping.

Show me. Ray walks in the bedroom and puts the light on so he can see the pups in the bassinets. He walks up behind Ray puts his arms around her, then he starts kissing her.

Ray was not happy with this. She was not having this again. She turns around in his arms, takes both of her hands bringing them up like she was going to caress his face, she slaps him so hard his head tilts. You bitch! You're mine, who are you to slap me?

Who are you to do what you've done to me?

Get on that bed! Adrian takes both her shoulders and shoves her on the bed.

No! You stay off me. She then jumped up standing next to the nigh table.

Get on that bed I said.

No! He grabs her by her hair and starts dragging her over to the bed.

Dylan calls, Alpha, we need help with the rogues. We have caught most of them. They are alive, but we don't know what to do with all of them. Do you want us to kill them, or do you want to interrogate them? Dylan asks, waiting for an answer. He is trying to get Adrain out of the house and away from Ray.

He looks at Ray and throws her on the bed, growling, I will come back for you, and you will give me a son.

Ray is getting nervous now, she doesn't want to go through that again. Once Adrian leaves Ray comes out of her room, shaking and crying. Walter, seeing her devastated state was furious with his Alpha. Not knowing what to say he stands next to her, reaches out his arm and holds her shoulder. The rest of the guards are lined up in front of her in a show of protection.

We cannot stay here much longer. She tells them as a shiver runs up her spine. I will not have more children with this man. I know that you are afraid for your families, but I cannot do this again. Ray begins to cry as she slumps down in the living room chair. Please don't be angry with me.

We are not angry with you, Luna. Walter says as he wraps a throw blanket around her. We all understand.

Ray begins to think, Maybe you can talk to your families? Have them sneak out and get away before we try to run.

We can try, Luna. We can try. Jamie says.

I have two more gifts I have to master before we can leave. She is absent mindedly rubbing her arms. I want to master them first. So that I could probably help defend us better. If you are ok with it, we're going to run. Looking at everyone standing around her she adds, We will make better plans as time gets closer. If any of you dont want to go I will understand and release you of your oath.

Luna, this is our pack, this is where we grew up, but it's no longer our home. Our Alpha has lost his mind, our future Alphas are in danger along with our Luna. I cannot talk for all the guards, but I will come with you, and I will protect you. Walter says as he stands proudly by her side.

Each guard one at a time says, I will go with you.

She turns looking at the omegas and said, What about you young ladies?

I have never had anyone treat me like you treat me, like I'm a person, like I count. I could not live in this pack without you, to me it would not be a life it would be a hell so I will go anywhere you go, Luna.

I'm with Alice. I could not live here without having you here with me.

Then it is settled. We have to decide if we're going to steal a car or if we're going to take off running through the woods in wolf form.

Luna, they'll see your white wolf and know who you are.

By then it'll be too late Sam. We will be gone, my children have to get out of here. I have to get out of here.

You do need to get out of here and we should have found a way to free you sooner.

There was no way to get me out of here pregnant. This is the time to plan our way out.

Jamie looks at Ray. I dont have any family, they died a while ago. It is easier for me to leave than the rest. If you need me to go for help, I could leave and tell the king where you are.

If you left the Alpha would think you are ratting him out. He might kill the Luna and the pups to cover his trail.

I didnt think of that Walter. He is evil enough to do that.

It is later we can pick this conversation up in the morning. I have had a long day and could you some sleep.

The next morning Ray sits at the table with all her friends. I have thought about our conversation last night. I want to hear any of your ideas and then I want to start on out escape as soon as possible.

We need to find out how many families want to go. The problem with that is keeping it a secret from the Alpha. The minute we talk about it he might figure out what we are doing.

Alice is right we have to be careful who we talk to. The one thing we have to figure out is where do we run too.

Think about it Walter he will have the rest of the guards after us. They wont have families slowing them down.

Deon has a point. We are going to have to travel light and fast.

Once we get close enough to the castle, I could mind link my father and he could send guards out to help us.

We could call him on the phone once we clear the pack grounds, but he is almost three hours away. Sam adds his concerns to the talk.

Do you think the king would let us stay in the royal pack? He might be to mad and kill the pack and us.

My father would be so grateful to you for saving me he would buy you all homes and reward you. I would stop him from killing the pack they dont deserve to die. Thinking for a minute. Have any of you got a mate? She asks suddenly feeling quite ashamed. I have never asked you that before. I have to apologies for not caring enough to think of you like that. Some of you might have mates and children.

I have a mate, which I have told you about. She's understanding. We see each other when I take my days off or my shift lets me. He blushes. I have sneaked out to see her at times, I cant help it, I love her so much it hurts to think about not seeing her every day.

Deon, you know what bring her here, I can put her to work helping with the pups, as a nanny so when we leave, she can leave with us. If you think she would want to do that.

I know she would like that very much. She has no family here other than me, she is an orphan.

Do you think she will keep our secret? Ray asks nervously, I do not know her.

She is loyal, I could have her do a blood oath with you.

If you think she will do this. I am looking forward to meeting her. The rest of you write down any family member that we have to protect. I cannot protect them, or you unless I know everything.

It will not take us long to get the list together Luna. Tim says.

We will have the list done by tomorrow. Sam adds.

Fine that works, we may be running as a small pack through the woods. Ray laughs hoping to lighten the mood they are all in. Deon, can you bring your mate here this afternoon.

We can get through this together. Lets plan the rest of this out later, I'm very tired and I need a break.

Luna, I will take the children tonight me and Alice. You have done so much the last two days, you have to be exhausted.
