Caught a Second Time

I woke to the sun warming the morning it was quiet and there were no signs of our kidnappers. Mariah, we have to run just let me stretch. As soon as I hit the ground, I see him, a very large silverish grey wolf standing there looking at me like I was his prey. Look I just want to go home; I dont want to fight but I will if I have to.

He lets out a fierce growl that sends dread though me, then pushes me in the direction he wants me to go.

You are pissing me off stop it. I am angry and scared, but he isnt taking me back.

You got him Ray; it is only one of them. I will help you.

Ive trained for a long time, and I have trained hard. I know how to fight. Miriah give me your strength. He is very large, and I am in my human form.

I am with you just make your moves fast and acuate. We are not going to get a second chance.

When he wasnt expecting it, I spun my foot and kicked him in the head. While he was dazed from the kick, I ran hoping I could get away, until I saw them. The coward mind linked for help, they circled me in. I am not going to fight against eight of them and win. Mariah, were going to have to go back with them, and they dont like I ran. You can hear all of them growling at me.

If we have to fight, Ill come out and help you. The odds are not in our favor. It gets quiet and she is not talking to me. You know It might be best to just follow them for now and see what happens.

The way back seemed endless, since I am walking on my human legs. Thank goddess they didnt see you Mariah, they cant know I got you early. You might be my way out.

I am your secret weapon when they least expect it, we will run and they will not catch us. I start grinning at her remark making the other wolves stare at me like there was something wrong with me.

Get over here, One of the guards grabbed my arm and threw me back into the same room. This time the window had bars on it. Later that day some water and food were brought on a tray and left on the floor just inside the door. They didnt even come in the room.

I wasnt sure they were going to feed us; they were so mad. I was so hungry the food and bottle of water went down fast. Even though the food tasted off it was better than nothing at all. I wish I had extra water I am still thirsty.

Close your eyes and get some rest.

What do they want with me?

I dont know all I can tell you is to keep your eyes and ears open.

For two days they set a tray of food in the door and leave. This is crazy. They are playing mind games with me.

Be happy they are feeding you and stay quiet so not to piss them off again, we are going to bide our time until we get a chance to run. Listen someone is coming.

I dont hear anything, The door opens, a tray of food is dropped on the floor.

Next time they bring the food we will be waiting at the door for them, and we will get out of here.

I like that plan. We might get out of here yet. It is nighttime and I think we have been missing for two or three days, I hope mom and dad are looking for me. I am tired so tired. I fell asleep on the cold floor wondering why they took me.

After three days of this, Im losing my mind. I need to get out of here and decided to make some noise. Still, no one came. It was almost nightfall and the door opened. Look its the man from the ball what was his name, Alpha Adrian.
