Mom, how many people are coming to this menagerie. Ray has never been into crowds.

All the Alphas and Lunas along with their Betas and their mates are invited to come to this special occasion. There are forty different packs in the easter part of the country and another fifty on the western side. So, it is ninety in total. That makes 180 in total then the Betas and their mate so about 360 in total. Some of them are bringing the retired Alphas and Lunas and some are bringing the ones taking over. This is a great way for the packs to make allies.

I thought we were only having the 15 packs in this area.

We are inviting all the Alphas in north America and South America. It would be rude to leave them out. It is a chance for them to mingle and get to meet one another.

This is so hard to orchestrate, a beautiful ceremony with so much going on, but the queen is bound and determined to make it perfect. Mom you are being so particular with everything. It will all be fine, stop nitpicking all the small details. You and dad have these things all the time.

This is special, it is for my baby girl and her baby girls.

I plan to separate the ceremonies into three stages. We have it all together, the four parts go in order, 11:00 Ray, you will be introduced back in the pack letting them know youre home safe. You give a little speech. Then the next is a lunch for basically the upper class, but there is a barbeque outside for the pack members that have come for the days events. Next comes the pups turn. At 2:30 we introduce the pups. You and Chris have to hold one up at a time telling members their names. First is Wynonna, then Felicity, next is Anastasia, last is Evangeline, not necessarily in that order but you get the idea.

I am already tired, and we are just talking about the activities.

We have to get this done. They will look so cute in the little dress with short sleeves and ruffles around the bottom. We dont have a break this time, the blood transfer is held while the pups are on the stage. Chris will still be on the stage at this time. He will hold each pup, cut his and their hand, more like a finger prick for the pups, then mix their blood. He will then announce their relationship. He will then reintroduce them with his last name, which is Williams, you already know that.

Yes, mom I think I know that I am his mate. I have to cringe at the list of things still left to finish.

Doris, Alice, and Lisa will look beautiful in their dresses. I like what you have gotten them as a surprise.

I want them to feel how special they are to me.

You can see how you feel about them. They will be on the stage the whole time taking the pups and passing them to the two of you. When the two ceremonies with the pups are done they will take them upstairs. You get a short break. We will then go to dinner at 6:00 and the mating ceremony is at 8:00. That is going to be a long day.

After her mother gives her the schedule Ray sighs. I need to check on the kids and Chris. She waved me off, thank the goddess.

Ray, where are you. I came back for a shower. I have been working with your guards, they have good skills, I have been impressed with them.

I miss training with them. Now that you have spent time with them do you like them?

I wanted to train them myself, to make sure they were good enough. But you have done a good job with them. They only need a little work. I have to admit they are nice guys, and I can see why you want them with you.

Dad thought they couldnt do the job, I told him they werent that bad. We spent a lot of time training when I was at the Blood Moon Pack.

Working with three at a time has worked out well, I am finally learning their names and can concentrate on their weaknesses. How are you making out with training the omegas?

It is slow we only train for an hour at a time three days a week. I dont have more time than that.

I know our schedule has been so full. I hope it slows down.

Me to, everything is moving so fast and there is never enough time. The stress is starting to get to the two of them.

Ray lets talk about something else, take our minds off of things.

Anastasia rolled over today. They are growing so fast I cant believe how much.

Are the pups asleep?

Finally, we have some quiet time. Just you and me Chris.

Where's the omegas?

I told them while the pups were sleeping to go get something to eat. They needed a break.

It's just you and me for a few minutes? Chris gets a smirk on his face.

Before I realized it Chris has scooped me up in his arms. I love you and have missed this. He throws me on the bed gently. Then he hops in with me and he starts kissing me, his hands start to roam my body.

Chris stop! I cant.

Chris looks at me, not understanding what just happened. What is the matter don't you want me?

I have been through a lot, I don't know if I'm ready for the other stuff.

In five days, we have a mating ceremony. It has to be completed if you don't want me now. Ray starts to cry. We might have to postpone it, you might need more time. I dont know how that will work.

I know that, I'm trying, I'm trying so hard. Even if I just lay there while you have to do whatever. At least it will be complete, and they cant take you from me or me from you.

I cannot do that to you. I couldn't just have my way with you while you just lay there in pain and scared. What kind of man do you think I am?

No one can take you from me, there has to be a better way.

Sarcastically Ray replies, Right, there has to be a better way, if you find one tell me, I'm all ears. Rays tears fall harder, Will I ever be a good mate to you? I don't want to be half a person. I do want to be here with you. Its just I cant get his face out of my mind, when you touch me like that.

I dont want you to talk like this. I have told you this before, I have waited this long for you, that if it takes our lifetime I'll still be here. I love you. Listen to me we haven't had a break, while the pups are sleeping why don't we take a nap. I'll be happy just laying here cuddling with you.

That sounds so good to me, I like your arms holding me keeping me safe.

Ray was back helping with the preparations for the ceremonies. Mom I was hoping for a quiet ceremony, this is anything but.

You are going to be a queen and the people need to see you. We had to make one change in our planes. You have to be reintroduced, let them know you are safe. We will also be presenting Chris when we introduce you, since he hasnt been here in two years.

Did you tell him that? He is already overwhelmed just like me.

I thought you would. The ceremonies are only one day away. It's going to be a very full day. Let him know tonight.
