Peaceful Dreams

Walter takes the rag and wipes her head off as Dylan looks at her with amazement. You did it, Luna. You did it.

I'm very tired can I just see them and then take a rest?

Smiling and still dripping wet Dr. Robinson says, Of course you can see them. The nurses will bring them over to you when they're totally clean. With a nervous hint to his voice he adds, I have to sew you up and make sure you're OK. With fear in his eyes as he looks from Walter to Dylan, he waits for them to approve.

Ray nods her head and says, OK. Then Walter and Dylan nod their heads and the doctor starts to sew her up.

When the doctor is finished Ray is brought back to her room. Tired and feeling weak she waits for her pups to come so she can finally hold them.

The nurses come in with the four incubators, they start passing the pups to everyone in the room. Dylan takes one, Walter takes another, the omegas come in and each one is handed a pup. Deon, who has been outside the door, comes in and takes one from Alice. Luna, one day Ill be holding my pup like this. I hope they are just as pretty as yours.

They are so beautiful; I cant believe they are my girls. How can you love someone so much so fast? She touches each one, Mariah, our pups do you see them.

You did amazing, Ray, they are perfect.

We have to get more beds. I don't have enough beds. I don't have enough dresses. I got all girls and an extra one.

I'll take care of that don't worry. Its the Betas job to make sure the Alpha pups are cared for.

Dr. Robinson comes back into the room after he changed, to check on Ray, Luna, go to sleep, you need your rest. Nurse open the IV drip, I want it to increase her fluids.

Is there a problem, doc?

No, it is because Im afraid you lost too much fluid.

Thanks, Doc. After each baby has been touched and put back in its little bed the nurses start to take them back to the nursery.

They are not to leave this room. They are to stay with me and that is final. Walter, get the guards only our guards.

They will be here in ten minutes. Deon and I will stand watch until they get here.

I don't care what anybody says, they stay here with me. No one comes in here, only my guards and the omegas. My omegas will help care for them.

They have to go the nursery

They stay here with me doc. Ray says it with a royal tone and such aggression it scares him and everyone in the room, even Dylan.

Fine, we'll set up some nurses. They'll stay in here with you, but you won't get the right rest.

I'll get enough. My omegas will stay here, I dont need nurses. Walter, where are the guards?

The doctor cuts Ray off, The nurses have to stay, if something goes wrong with the pups the nurses will know what to do.

Then I want the nurses that delivered them. They are the only ones allowed in this room.

I reached the rest of the guards, they are on the way, Luna.

Good Walter. I want you to block this door off. Don't let anybody near these pups. I don't care who it is. The only people allowed to touch them are the two nurses from the delivery room and my omegas. Do you understand that?

We will take care of you and the pups. That's what we're here for. Then Walter touched her shoulder, Go to sleep. I will take care of it.

He mind links the rest of the guards, Hurry because Ray wont go to sleep until she sees youre here. The room is filled with all six guards, the two omegas, Dylan, and four pups asleep in their beds.
