Explaining Powers

Micah said you didnt want to be king, I cannot change what we are destined to be. Ray pauses. I cannot protect my children or myself alone. I need the help from my family and the royal guards. As much as I love you, I will release you if it's something you cannot do.

Then you will take Micah instead of me? He sounds pissed.

I don't think I could take Micah. I don't know what I will do, because I love you so much. Giving you up will probably break my heart.

Chris grabbing both of her hands and bringing them up to his lips placing kisses on them. I have lived too long without you. I will become a king that no one will forget. I will be worthy of you. If that is what destiny has decided, then that is what we'll do. I have told your father this and I am telling you, I will be by your side forever.

How could I ever leave you? Those puppy dog eyes of yours gets me every time. He gives her a light kiss on her lips, then kisses her again this time with more passion, taking away their breath.

I know what you said about my pups, my beautiful girls, I don't want you to hate them, because you have to be king to protect them. It is not their fault.

I didn't have my powers then. There's no way for me to fight, I mean I had the strength to fight, I did. I've run away, I've almost made it. Walter and the guards start laughing.

Chris growls, Why are you laughing?

It was funny, she had fifty people looking for her, fifty train guards and warriors and three trackers and they couldn't find her. She was bound and determined she was not going to be with that man. If it wasn't she had to cross the border to get away from here she would never have gotten caught.

How did you outrun or outsmart all those men?

You used to say I was a monkey, I loved being in the trees. No one ever looks up. That's when the rest of the guard started laughing harder. She shrugged her shoulders and grinned.

Not today. Today's been a long day, all I need you to know is I've got punished for hiding and running and I got punished again for hiding a second time and running. After that it was too late. I was pregnant I didn't want to run and hurt the pups.

I didnt mean to make you sad, I had to understand what happened.

That man needed the pups, and they needed me, but it didn't mean he wouldn't hurt me. I don't want you to think I have pups with that man because I wanted to. Mariah tells me the moon goddess wanted you and me to have them. What our parents did messed everything up and changed both our live paths.

Wait a minute, the guards have seen this, you trust them?

They've all taken a blood oath to protect me and keep my secrets. They've also added the pups into it. Wherever I go my guards will come with me. I will not leave my six guards anywhere along with my three omegas. There is nothing and no one that will take them from my side.

Why would they take a blood oath with their prisoner?

They did not like the way the Alpha was treating me, and I wasn't a prisoner to them I was there Luna.

We had tried to help her and couldnt, he Alpha order us and we had to obey. Tim thought of the oath. The oath worked, we could tell him no and go against him.

Walters right, it did help. The oath was stronger than the Alpha orders. They did this before I even found out about my powers, they have been my saviors this whole time. Them and Dylan.

The Beta helped you against the Alpha, that is hard to believe.

I didn't think he liked me at first or even respected me. After watching me train and workout, the way I treated people, he started realizing that this was not the way it was supposed to be. He has gone to blows with the Alpha over me and over our children.

He helped us save the Luna today. Sam shakes his head as he talked. He stood beside us to keep her here.

Walter and the rest of my guards needed help. The Alpha wanted to take me with him when he left today, if it wasnt for Dylan I would not have been here when you got here. He stepped up.

Im glad you have had some help. Or you would not be her with me now.

He doesnt know about my powers, and he fought for me. Dylan worries about the pack, and he was worried about me. I have had some wolves try to help me and they have been a blessing along the way. I have survived this. I have four beautiful daughters. I have found you, if after all this you still can love me then I will believe it was fate and I can live with it.

Chris puts his head down, Im sorry I should have known better forgive me.

This is getting too serious we have had a little fun lets go back. I'm actually hungry, I want some dinner and something to drink.

Come on, beautiful you need to eat. Walking back to the house they found Doris and Alice had made a beautiful dinner, they tried to make it romantic by putting candles out along with music for them.

Luna, why don't I put the pups in the nursery tonight. We will sleep in there. Alice will be on one side I'll be on the other, with Lisa in the middle. The guards will block the room. You and your mate need to spend a night together.
