Madeline's POV

I heard nothing. Nothing in return, but then again it was leah who i had just told this too. I wasn't expecting fireworks and a party. I looked over at leah, she was just staring forward not saying a word. I saw her hand reach to start the car, i put my seatbelt on as i heard it start.

"Leah?.." i said hesitantly, i could feel my voice get shaky for a little.

I got no answer.

Leah started to drive and i scoffed.

"Leah." i said.

"Madeline, let me drive back to the hotel first.." leah said, i could see her jaw clench as she continued to drive.

I stayed silent and looked at the passing cars, i tried not to look over at leah at all but i felt like i wanted to. I leaned to the side and laid my shoulder on the car door, my eyes went onto leah. I just wanted to try to read her face, if she was upset, sad, angry or disappointed. She literally just told me to tell her everything, even if it was bad.

Now i was overthinking it, maybe she meant when we were back together, or maybe a better time. I realized i had blurted it out of nowhere, i should've thought of a better time to say this.

I kept looking at leah, her blond hair was covering part of her face. It was still short, i could still see her nose poking out. My eyes starting going down to her arms, the way the tank top made her look. I loved when she dressed like this. I looked away quickly when i saw her head slightly move.

Once we got back to the hotel, leah parked the car and we both got out of the car. Both of our hair was still damp from the pool water, there was still light out since it was day time. I followed leah as she walking into the hotel, then to the elevator, then up to our floor.

We both stepped out of the elevator and walked towards our room, not a word or look exchanged. I was carrying both of our towels in my hands as leah opened the door. We walked in and i closed the door, leah walked over to the bedroom.

I wasn't sure if should follow her or let her have a moment, i stayed standing there and sat in the chair next to the table. I heard footsteps coming towards, leah walked out and looked at me.

"We're leaving earlier tomorrow, i have to go take the rental back..then we're taking an uber to the airport." leah said.

I looked at her in pure confusion, is that really all she had to say. I didn't want it to turn into an argument but, she told me to tell her everything. Is this how she was going to react to everything?

"So start packing." leah said, I saw her start to turn to walk back into the room.

"Leah." i said.

She turned and looked at me, waiting for me to say something. I didn't know what i could say, it all felt like a bomb.

"You're not gonna say anything?" i stood up looking at her.

"About what Madeline." leah raised her voice. "About you fucking some other girl?"

"You did it too, Leah." i furrowed my eyebrows at how stupid she sounded, then i realized how stupid i sounded.

"You did that...because i slept with Ana?" leah walked over to me.
