Madeline's POV

I had many questions running through my head, i had many things i wanted to say. I didn't have time for all this drama though, i had a football career going and i was not about to let some girl take that away from me. I was not gonna run away from this amazing club just because of Leah. I was gonna save my breath and let them do whatever it is they came here to do.

I just didn't want to talk to either of them.

I looked at leah, her eyes were widened i know i had said i wasn't gonna use the key anytime soon but that's the last thing i had to worry about. Jordan looked confused, looking at me then back at leah, then back at me.

What could they possibly be doing together? I didn't want to know any detail. I walked over to both of them, then walked past them. I headed out of the door, i could see leah not moving one bit but frankly i didn't want her to come after me. I  shut the door and made my way down the street.

Leah's POV

I was in shock, i hadn't moved a bit ever since i heard the door close. I looked over at jordan who was looking at me. She looked guilty but there was nothing to be guilty about. I quickly opened the door again but madeline was long gone. I closed it and sighed.

"She's gonna think wrong now.." i said getting my phone out, i was quick to text madeline telling her to come back so she can let me explain. This whole timing was wrong, i had clearly told her i wasn't gonna be home why would she come?

"Tell her the truth, even if she doesn't believe you at first...i can talk to her if you want.." jordan offered.

"No i...fuck.." i sighed. "I messed up, she's not answering.." i shook my head. I looked at jordan and she looked around.

"You know maybe we can do this another time.." jordan nodded.

"I'm sorry.." i apologized.

"It's fine...don't worry about me just fix this with Madeline...then if you're still up for it give me a text.." jordan nodded and walked out the door.

I saw the door close and rubbed my forehead trying to think of any solution to this. I spam called her, spam texted her, nothing was working. There was no way of me getting in contact with madeline, i didn't even know if she's okay.

I texted eleonor, i knew Madeline was going home.

Text Messages

Leah: Hey Eleonor, do you think i could come over for a bit?

Eleonor: Yeah, totally.

Leah: Okay thank you.

~

I was quick to grab my keys, but stopped when i saw the candles on the kitchen. I looked around, there was food and wine. I felt like shit, Madeline was trying to do something nice and the first thing she saw come in was Jordan and I. That made me want to explain everything even more. I walked out and made my way to my car, starting it.
