A/N: ok as you have noticed i was gone for a long time a lot longer than i would prefer due to a surge killing my pc for a bit but it is fixed and i have not lost access to this account so sorry for worrying you all i will continue to write on this story until it is finished.

Luz is in a cave illuminated only by a light glyph searching for a monster named garlog so his bounty can be collected.

she then comes upon where garlog is, giving off a intimidating shadow.

garlog: foolish child leave before you meet your demise.

Luz: do not underestimate me garlog for i am the good witch Luz monster hunter, now eat this suck- what?

Luz sees that the only thing intimidating about garlog is his shadow as Luz has no issue just grabbing him.

Luz: your garlog?

Luz unrolls garlog's wanted poster and it was quite embellished.

Luz: this is pathetic.

garlog was about to go on a soliloquy about himself until King ate him.

Luz: King drop it now.

and then Luz ended up chasing King around the cave like a dog so that King would drop garlog.

back at the owl house Luz is recording a video for her mother Camila.

Luz: hello mama you haven't heard from me in a while it's been a week and a half since the petrification ceremony a week and a half since y/n destroyed the portal home, but it had to be destroyed otherwise emperor Belos would have killed Eda but allowing Belos to use the portal would be disastrous so y/n destroyed it with sticky grenades.

Luz: she isnt going to understand much of this that's ok Luz just keep moving forward, this world is full of inexplicable magical wonders like this portal key i don't know if there is magic in it but i will study all i can until i find a way back to you.

Luz: and look i made friends here.

King: i'm never letting you go your never going back to the human realm!

Luz: he doesn't mean that.

King: yes i do!

then Luz started recording the residents of the Owl House first with Eda.

Luz: this is Eda the owl lady the most powerful witch on the boiling isles, or at least she used to be until her curse overpowered her and weakened her magic.

Eda tries to use her magic to lift a jug of appleblood but makes it explode instead.

Luz: she's doing her best now, Eda was cursed by her own sister Lilith and she spent her entire life trying to undo it it's still hard to trust each other but maybe with time we can all become friends.

Luz: and then we their husbands and kids.

Luz then shows footage of y/n taking care of the new kids in their room.

Luz: this is y/n Eda's husband with the little that i know about him he is a former assassin that has retired for a more quiet life which hasn't gone to plan and has been with Eda for a long time, those little bundles of joy he was holding are his new kids that were born recently two girls and one boy.

Luz: then theirs Alistair y/n's brother and Lilith's husband i know even less about him beyond he was an assassin as well.

Luz: the two couples oldest kids are Jack and Dan, Jack i have become great friends with and maybe in time something more he too has the curse since it passed down from his mother but it doesn't seem to be getting him down, Dan is Lilith and Al's kid and in the time i have known him we are good friends and one of my best friends at the moment Amity has a huge crush on him.
