*Flashback*

After Jeonghan didn't come back for almost an hour, Mingyu and Wonwoo made their was to the leader's den.

As they entered, they found Jeonghan huddled in a corner, his shoulders shaking with silent sobs. Mingyu's heart clenched at the sight, and Wonwoo's expression mirrored his shock.

"Jeonghan?" Mingyu called out softly, his voice laced with concern.

Jeonghan looked up, his eyes red-rimmed and filled with tears. "Mingyu, Wonwoo," he greeted, his voice trembling. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean for you to see me like this."

"What's wrong? Why are you crying?" Wonwoo asked worriedly as he knelt down next to Jeonghan.

Jeonghan took a shaky breath, struggling to compose himself. "He left." Jeonghan said.

"What do you mean?" Mingyu asked.

Jeonghan's voice wavered as he spoke. "Our leader. He abandoned us."

Shock rippled through Mingyu and Wonwoo as they processed Jeonghan's words. The realization was like a punch to the gut, leaving them reeling with disbelief and betrayal.

"He just... left?" Wonwoo asked, his voice barely above a whisper.

Jeonghan nodded, his tears flowing freely now. "He left without a word of explanation, said the less questions the better."

Mingyu's hands clenched into fists at his sides, his anger rising. "How could he do that to us? To you?" He asked

Jeonghan shook his head, his voice choked with emotion. "I don't know. But it hurts, Mingyu. It hurts more than I can say."

Wonwoo pulled Jeonghan into a comforting hug "We're here for you, Jeonghan. We'll get through this together." He said.

The 3 of them sat in their now old leaders den for another hour before Jeonghan declared that they had to tell the rest of the pack.

Jeonghan stood at the center of the pack, his heart heavy with sorrow and uncertainty. But atleast he stopped cry.

"Our leader has left us," he began, his words echoing through the silence that had fallen over the pack. "He won't be coming back."

A collective gasp rippled through the rest of the members, disbelief and sorrow etched on every face.

Whispers of confusion and concern filled the air, mingling with the underlying fear of what the future might hold without their leader to guide them.

"I know it hurts. Trust me, I know." Jeonghan said. "But we have to focus on moving forward, on keeping our pack together, no matter what."

"Jeonghan's right," Joshua declared, "We can't let this break us. We have to stand together, now more than ever." He added, the rest of the pack murmured their agreement.
