Byun narrowed his eyes at Jeonghan "And who might you be?" he asked the Beta harshly.

Jeonghan stood his ground, his expression calm as he met the other Alpha's gaze. "Yoon Jeonghan," he replied, refusing to back down under the weight of the other Alpha's scrutiny. "And I'm Seungcheol's mate."

Byun's expression darkened with anger, his fists clenching at his sides. "You're Seungcheol's mate?" he exclaimed, his voice tinged with disbelief.

"You must be that Emberfang Clan member. You don't submit to Alphas." He said, the surname Yoon did infact, hold a high level of history among packs.

"That's correct," Jeonghan nodded, his voice unwavering. "I was a member of the Emberfang Clan, and yes I don't submit to Alphas. But that doesn't change the fact that you are on OUR territory, critizing OUR pack."

"This changes everything," Byun growled, his voice low and menacing. "We can't allow one of our own to be involved with an outsider, especially one who refuses to submit to authority."

"Hey!" Seungcheol yelled. "First off!" Seungcheol stepped forward, his expression fierce. "I am NOT one of you, I never was and never will be." Seungcheol said.

"Secondly. Jeonghan is my partner." He declared. "And I won't let anyone dictate who I can or can't be with, especially you. He is a valued member of our pack, and I will stand by him no matter what."

"Just wait until your father hears about this." The alpha snarled as he stormed off.

Guess that answerd Seungcheol's question, his father had no idea Byun was out here looking for him.

Looks like shit might have just got 10 times worse.

After deeming it safe, the 2 leaders went back to the clearing where the dens were.

"Mingyu, it's us. They are gone now." Seungcheol said as Mingyu slowly opened the door, poking his head out first.

"So?" Mingyu asked as he invited the 2 leaders inside.

"Can we please get out of here?" Woozi asked. "It reeks of Alpha." The omega whined.

"Wow thanks. We don't go into your den and insult how it smells there." Seungkwan glared.

"Alpha's aren't allowed in the omega den unless its nessecary." Woozi fired back.

"Boys!" Seungcheol intrerupted. "I know things are tense right now, but I need everyone to listen to me right now." He said firmly.

"Are we gonna go to war with them?" Dino asked as Seungcheol and Jeonghan's eyes widened in shock.

"No! I would never make any of you guys go through that!" Seungcheol shook his head. "Jeonghan and I are here to protect you, to keep you safe, no matter what." Seungcheol told them all.

"You're my family, my home. And I'll do whatever it takes to protect you." He promised.
