Kate and I walk out for recess, hand in hand.

"Hey Nate, what's up, man?" Kate calls out as we spot him across the courtyard.

As usual, Nathan just gives her a shove and ignores the greeting as if he never heard it.

But I have to admit, his uniform suited him perfectly. The blue tie and blue jacket, neatly buttoned, highlighted his physique, almost revealing his abs. Strands of hair falling over his eyes added to his striking appearance.

"Nathan, how on earth do you manage to stay consistently at the top without getting a single answer wrong?" I asked, clearly impressed. "Your ability to maintain such accuracy is incredible. Even if this whole setup is just an illusion, I could really use some advice from you. What's your secret?"

"What's with the constant mention of 'illusion' lately? You've been speaking incoherently, or perhaps something's been off with you for the past couple of days,"Nathan remarks, raising an eyebrow in suspicion.

"Hey, just a quick question. Do you happen to recall the topics I've been discussing over the past few days? You know, those conversations we've had?" I ask, seeking confirmation or perhaps a hint of understanding from Nathan.

He rolls his eyes and as usual the Nathan god has ignored me.

"Okay, okay," you shift gears, deciding to move on.

"Those questions are brutal! , such brain storming ! One thing though... what on earth does 'Apsy...' even mean?"

Suddenly, Kate's voice boomed through the room, "APSYCHOS soul enchantment!" Her face flushed with triumphant confidence.

Even Nathan, who usually ignores me, looked up, a flicker of curiosity in his eyes. "Which question was that for?" he asked, a rare hint of amusement in his voice.

It was the 5th question  which was more like a  seventh! Ugh," I sigh, frustration lacing my voice.

"Its Creeky Lyssa"Kate replies.

"You are such a dumb person I have ever come across can you not know such a simple question"glares Nathan

"Seems like your questions were a breeze compared to mine! Lucky you, being the conglomerate's son and all."I said mockingly

How many acres does the University of Magemenos even occupy?"blurts Nathan

"Are you kidding me? Why would I have any clue about that?"

"That was my first question"Nathan says.

Ignoring the sting of his dismissal, I and Kate rise in unison, following Nathan like a storm cloud we couldn't quite outrun. Reaching the cafe, I catch up to him just as he slides onto a stool.

"What was that all about?" I burst out, unable to contain my frustration any longer. "Why was 'University acreage' even a question?"

"Oh, baby girl," Kate began, a touch of amusement in her voice, "but I still wonder why your fifth question seemed like a walk in the park compared to the brutal one we got first. Let's just forget about it for now. How about we grab something delicious?"

Kate's playful nickname and seemingly lighthearted comment did little to soothe my simmering frustration. I narrowed my eyes at her. "What exactly do you mean by that, Kate?" I asked, my voice tight.

Kate, sensing my irritation, reached out and squeezed my shoulder reassuringly. "Don't let it get to you," she whispered. "We'll figure this out together, okay? Food first, then back to the test zone."

Hunger pangs quelled but determination burning brighter, I raced back to the classroom with Kate, desperately hoping to beat the clock. Thankfully, we both arrived with seconds to spare, collapsing onto our designated benches. Heart pounding, I activated my screen, eager to tackle the remaining mysteries of the test.

"Your 6th question is :How many kids did princess Sierra have?

and your options are:

a)3

b)2

c)1

d)None

and your time starts now"reads the automate voice

How would I know about her kids when I hardly knew about her husband, come on.

Ok wait, the previous answer description told that she saved a kid because she could see her child in the kid's eyes so basically we remove the last option and the description read her child and not children so its obviously one.

Wow am I born smart or have I become smart after coming here,i am so proud off myself, wow .

With a flourish, I slammed my hand down on option C. A low hum filled the air, followed by a tense silence. The answer board flickered to life, bathing in a harsh red glow. A cold, metallic voice boomed from the ceiling, "Your answer is... wrong."reads the automated voice.
