Fiat sat in his condo, looking through instagram as his brothers new post popped into his feed. He smiled widely, seeing his little nephew in Khaotungs arms. He loves Min-Joo dearly and he also loves his brother very much.. He's just too ashamed to look into his eyes, after he betrayed him..
He took a Screenshot and stood up with a loud sigh. Every single cell of his being hoped for First and Khao to end up together. For Khao to make his brother happy. He knew that First deserved that, but it made him incredibly sad, that Fiat won't be a part of Firsts happy life. He wouldn't get to know much of it. He'd probably wouldn't even get a wedding invitation if that day will ever come. It was almost noon and so Fiat made his way back to his parents, his old home, to help them. The restaurant would be pretty crowded around this time of the day and he'd either help in the kitchen or take care of the orders.
"Mae, I'm here." He said loudly as he walked in through the backdoor. "Fiat dear. Can you keep an eye on Min-Joo. First is still in university and the restaurant is packed." Fiat nodded without saying anything. He just walked out of the kitchen and into the front of the restaurant, where his father was taking orders, holding his grandson in his arms. Fiat grabbed Min under the arms and smiled broadly. "Well, hello little one." he said, looking at the little laughing boy. "Fiat, thank God." his father said, taking more orders. The young man bounced the little boy up and down in his arms and walked to the front door, where he simply sat down and put Min on his lap. "I'm sorry little Min." He said. "Uncle Fiat, why are you sad." The normally quiet kid asked. "Because uncle Fiat did something really bad and now your dad and I can't be nice to each other." "But por likes you very much. He likes you like uncle Khao." Fiat chuckled. "No dear. He certainly doesn't like me like he likes uncle Khao." Min nodded and played with his little fingers. "Do you like uncle Khao Min Min?" "I love uncle Khao a lot. Like por. I love por a lot and uncle Fiat." "We love you as well." The child got silent again and Fiat just enjoyed cuddling the little kid. He didn't even noticed his brother and Khao getting off the bus a few steps away from him. "Fiat." First said harshly, making his brother look up. He let his nephew down and the kid instantly ran to Khaotung. Fiat got up, standing directly in front of First now. Without saying anything, he turned on his heel and walked inside and into the kitchen.
"Where is Min ?" "First came back. I'll help you in the kitchen now mae." The woman nodded and went back to chopping onions. She sighed loudly, Fiat couldn't overhear it. "When will you two talk whatever it is out..?" "Mae, there's nothing to talk about. Hand me the enoki please." His mother turned to look at her son, who tried his best to ignore his mothers gaze. "Fiat, you two loved each other dearly. Why do you suddenly hate him so much ? I can't think of any reason. It's been three, almost four years. What happened ?" "Mae can you stop this ?! I don't want to talk about First now." "Well that's too bad, I want to know why my kids are acting like strangers !" "Oh come on, you only care about Firsts feelings. We might look the same but he's your favorite child since he gave you a grandchild. I know. And you don't have to care about our situation. You can't change it anyways so please do me a favour and stop that bullshit !" "Fiat !" The young boy looked over to the door where his dad stood, looking really angry. "Don't talk to your mother like that, or else-" Firsts twin took a deep breath and put the knife he was holding down in the sink that was next to him. "I'm going home for today." "This is your home !" His mother said but Fiat didn't react, he just walked out the backdoor and left to his condo..
He dialed a number and a girl picked up. Fiat told her to meet him at his condo, where he arrived shortly afterwards. Fiat was angry. Angry at himself. Angry at his mother because she just couldn't accept that he and First couldn't get along anymore. The door opened and a pretty, young woman entered. She ran straight to Fiat and hugged the young man, who looked desperate. "Is everything okay, baby?" she asked quietly and he nodded. "I don't believe you. You look so sad." she softly smiled and stroked his cheek. "What's wrong?" "Lilly, can I tell you something? I've never told anyone before, but I can't keep it to myself anymore." she looked at him worried and nodded. "You can tell me anything, my darling." Fiat pulled the young woman to the sofa and sat down with her. "You know that my brother and I don't have a good relationship." she nodded again.
"The reason for that is..."
