Chapter 28: Goodbye?

Reader's POV
Star woke up in her room. She went downstairs and saw Marco with his face against the table crying.
"Marco are you crying" asked Star sitting next to him.
"No" Marco said sipping his tears away.
"Marco" asked Star.
"Yeah" said Marco.
"Come here" said Star wrapping her arms around him.
Marco then felt tears dripping down his cheek and wiped them away to not let Star see them.
"Marco. I want you to stay but if my dad doesn't you know you can't be King." said Star.
"Do you have to be Queen" asked Marco.
"Yes" said Star.
"Do you love me" asked Marco.
"Yes" said Star.
"Then why do we have to be a part" said Marco.
"Because Marco that's how it is. Life is unfair for people" said Star hugging him tighter.
"Will you visit me" asked Marco.
"Yes" said Star.
"Will we see each other again" asked Marco.
"Yes" said Star.
Marco then let go of Star's hug.
"I think I need to go pack before your dad tells me to leave" said Marco.
"Okay" said Star.
Marco then went upstairs and began packing.

...........Time Skip..........

"I am done" said Marco coming downstairs with a suitcase.
"Okay" said Star.
The the King opened a portal to earth.
"Off you go Marco" said the King.
"Is this really it" said Marco.
"I guess so" said Star hugging Marco
"I will never forget you Star Butterfly" said Marco hugging her tighter.
Then Star began to cry on Marco's shoulder.
Marco then walked threw the portal and as the portal was closing Star jumped in and landed on Marco.
"No" said the King as the portal closed.
"What are you........." said Marco as Star kissed him on the lips and he kissed back.
Star then gently let go.
"I love you Marco and my mother told me to follow my heart that is what I am doing" said Star hugging Marco.
"I love you too, but isn't your dad gonna come after you" asked Marco.
"No, because when we had a fight I went downstairs and asked him if I could have time to think about when I was gonna be Queen without him bothering me and he promised" said Star smiling.
"Let me guess a royal promise" said Marco laughing.
"Exactly so if he breaks it he has to be hanged" said Star with excitement.
"Why are you happy" asked Marco.
"Because that means he can't separate us until I decide to go be Queen." said Star.
"I love you and your brain" said Marco.
"I love you too" said Star hugging Marco.

......Time Skip.......
Marco and Star went to eat dinner and met up with Brian and Emily.
"Hey I heard what happen" said Emily.
"Are you okay" asked Brian.
"Yeah I am fine" said Star.
"Hey we wanted to ask you guys something" said Marco.
"What" said Emily.
"Well we are engaged" said Star.
"Ohh that's great. Congratulations" said Brian.
"Thanks and we wanted to know if Brian wanted to be my best man and Emily a brides mades for Star" asked Marco.
"Yes totally" said Emily hugging both Marco and Star.
"Yeah" said Brian hand shacking Marco and Star.
"So when is the wedding" asked Emily.
"We don't know" said Star.
"Okay" said Emily.
Then Brian and Emily are dinner with Marco and star and went to there dorms. Star took a bath and went to sleep. Then Marco took a bath got in his pj's and kissed Star goodnight.
