As Aari struggled to regain her composure, she pushed herself up from the sofa, her heart pounding with fear and adrenaline. Before she could fully steady herself, Nik swiftly pulled a gun from his boot, causing Aari's face to drain of colour. Her breath caught in her throat as he expertly reloaded the gun and aimed it in her direction.
"Where the hell do you think you're going?" Nik's voice was cold and menacing. "Did I ask you to go?"
Aari's eyes widened in terror as she froze, unable to move under the weight of his threat. Nik's demeanor was chillingly calm as he scratched his temples, contemplating his next move. Aari's mind raced with thoughts of escape, but she knew resistance would only provoke him further.
"What should I do with you?" Nik murmured to himself, his gaze never leaving Aari. She felt like a trapped animal, her instincts urging her to flee but paralyzed by the gun trained on her.
"Leave me alone, monster!" Aari finally shouted, her voice cracking with fear and anger.
Nik's expression hardened at her defiance. "Aari, what did I just say about manners?" His tone was stern, his gaze piercing. "It's high time I teach you those."
With a disturbing calmness, Nik lowered the gun and approached Aari. The room seemed to shrink around her as he closed the distance, his presence dominating the space. Aari's breath came in shallow gasps as she braced herself for whatever twisted game Nik had in mind.
"Let's play spin the bottle," Nikol suggested, his voice eerily casual despite the tension crackling between them.
Aari's mind raced, trying to comprehend his words amidst the fear. She knew resisting would only provoke him further, but complying felt like surrendering to a nightmare she couldn't wake up from. Every fiber of her being screamed for escape, but she was cornered, trapped in a dangerous dance with a man who seemed to revel in her fear.
Nik's gaze bore into her, waiting for her response, his demeanor a chilling mix of control and malice. Aari swallowed hard, her hands trembling at her sides as she weighed her options, each one more harrowing than the last.
Nik's cold eyes bore into Aari's, the gun still in his hand a stark reminder of his control over her fate. His voice remained eerily calm as he continued, "We'll play spin the bottle, Aari. And we'll both drink. I saw how much you enjoyed it last time, dancing and drinking on the table."
Aari's heart sank as his words echoed in her mind. She remembered that night, a haze of laughter and reckless abandon that now felt like a distant, twisted memory. The realization that Nik had been watching her, studying her every move, sent a chill down her spine.
"I... I don't want to," Aari managed to choke out, her voice barely above a whisper. She cursed herself for the tremor in her voice, knowing it betrayed her fear.
Nikol's expression darkened, a predatory glint in his eyes. "You don't have a choice Missy," he replied calmly pointing the gun, his tone final. "Sit down."
Aari's mind raced, her thoughts a chaotic whirlwind of fear and desperation. She knew resistance would only provoke him further, yet complying felt like a betrayal of everything she stood for. Trembling, she slowly sank back onto the sofa, her eyes never leaving Nikol's.
He set the gun aside and produced a bottle of liquor from a nearby cabinet, along with two glasses. Nikol poured two glasses of liquor and set them on the table. He picked up the bottle and placed it in the center, then turned his gaze to Aari, who sat on the sofa, her fear palpable.
"Here are the rules, Missy," Nikol began, his tone cold but calm. "It's twisted, but the rules are simple. When the bottle stops spinning, the person it points to will ask the other a question: truth or dare. You cannot choose truth or dare back to back. Failure to comply will result in punishment. One more thing – every time you choose truth, you have to remove a piece of clothing afterward. And we take a bodyshot after each round."
