Flaw in the plan?

After this exchange, two days have passed since our visit to Sofiane and Gabrielle's village.
My father also noted how surprisingly calm I have remained.

I understand that the second prince was summoned by the king himself to discuss a potential marriage with the duke's daughter, Sophia Springsteen. So unless he's a dog...which he is indeed...I would have thought that even if he were a dog, he could control himself enough and not fall in love with another woman right after confessing that he loves me.
At least, he would do his best to at least fuck me if not marry me… dogs like him are all the same…
Shit I have to think of a plan B and the only one I see is to go to the capital and seduce a mage from the tower making him lose his mind, but I'm not sure Karl will last that long.

It takes two to three days to get to the capital and at the same time to come back, seducing a man would not be easy just in two days of visiting.

While I think about the situation, unbeknownst to me, Azef looks at me with critical eyes.
Azef doesn't like her thinking about another man like that in front of him, she belongs to them and he doesn't want her to even have a second thought for this human who turns out to be useless in the end.

I smiled guilty... that’s the art of my seduction but I’m not going to annoy Azef any longer.
