3rd Person POV
"Kahlan, is anyone hurt?" Rose asked.
"Nope. We're all good here." Said Kahlan.
"T-Thank you heroes! You saved us!" The civilians said as we began leading them to safety.
"It's hard to believe how many villains are just roaming around freely." Said Tuco. "Patrolling is getting more and more difficult."
"Even out here in the Midwest." Said Apollo. "Jin's influence really spread across the entire country."
"We'll get you on over to the nearest Hyper Power Academy." Said Shims to the civilians. "It's a real sturdy fortress!"
"Thank you so much!"
"That would be great!"
"We really appreciate it!" The civilians said.
"It still feels like we're in a tight spot." Said Dondozo. "We're just so outnumbered."
"Yeah..." Said Tuco. "Both sides are really gearing up for a true-blue all-out war on every front. Both the heroes, and the villains."
"Come on everyone. Let's wrap this up." Mr. Hart said. "We've gotta get back to Richmond, Virginia. Spex is ready to go over our plans... about the battle that will decide everything."
Spex's POV
A couple of days had passed, and we were at the police station headquarters of Richmond. We're collaborating with the national police force in order to figure out how to put a stop to these villains once and for all.
It was myself, Tyler Hart, and the entire police force.
"Shouldn't the heroes be here as well?" The captain of the police force, a man named Heath asked.
"They're sweeping the streets for civilians right now. We'll fill everyone in once everything is set in stone." I said.
"Alright then." Said Heath. "Let's hear the key points of this plan."
"The most importing we have to do no matter what... is split the villains up." I said. "Now that Jin has the Cell Activation Fluid, he's the most powerful threat in history, and that's just on his own."
"If he attacks together with the rest of the Legion backing him up, we don't stand a chance." Said Tyler.
"To win this war, we need to get the lieutenants of the Legion Of Liberators at least 30 miles apart. That's the bare minimum requirement." I said. "We divide and conquer one by one! To that end, we have to lure each of these villains to their defeat!"
"They'll do everything they can to make sure that won't happen." Said Heath. "So how do we go about that?"
"Yeah. Easier said than done."
"Is it even possible to split them up like that?" The other policeman spoke.
"It all hinges on Lavana." I said. "But I believe she'll be able to do this for us. We have to have faith in her."
"What about the girls? Echo and Minerva? Jin wants them right?" Heath said.
"We've decided it's best to keep them as far away from the conflict as much as possible." I told them. "I've reached out, and gotten into contact with someone."
I held my phone out to show that I was on a call already.
"Hello?" A woman's voice came through from my phone.
"Mia, hi." I said. "We're going over our plans now."
"Who's she?" Heath asked.
"This is Echo's aunt. Mia. She's agreed to take care of Echo and Minerva for the time being." I spoke.
