DARYL DROVE HIS BIKE back to the highway, figuring that's where everyone else would be. faye held onto her dad as tight as she could as she watched her surroundings zoom past.

a car and a truck pulled in soon after them. it was glenn, carol and maggie in the car and lori, beth and t-dog in the blue truck.

rick dabbed up daryl as a greeting as he watched lori and carl reunite with eachother before kneeling down beside them, pulling them into his embrace.

faye climbed off the bike, wrapping her arms around glenn. "hey, you." he smiled patting her back.

"wheres the rest of us?" daryl asked, breaking the silence. "we're the only ones who made it so far." rick replied, pulling away from his son and wife.

"shane?" lori furrowed her brows. rick stayed silent, giving everyone the answer they expected. "andrea?" glenn spoke up.

"she saved me then i lost her." carol stated. "we saw her go down." t-dog added.

"patrica?" hershel lifted his head from his daughters shoulder. "they got her too." beth croaked. "took her right infront of me. i was- i was holding onto her daddy. she just.." beth cried before being pulled close by hershel.

"what about jimmy? did you see jimmy?" beth asked. "he was in the RV. it got overrun." rick answered feeling sympathetic for the girl.

"you definitely saw andrea?" carol looked over at lori. "there were walkers everywhere." the woman hesitantly answered. "did you see her?" carol asked again.

everyone stayed quiet.

"i'm gonna go back." daryl went for his bike making faye furrow her brows, holding glenn tighter. "no." rick stopped the man.

"can't just leave her." daryl mumbled "we don't even know if she's there." lori spoke up.

"she isn't there. she isn't. she's somewhere else or she's dead." rick explained the hard truth.

"so we aren't gonna look for her?" concern flooded glenn's tone as he spoke. "we gotta keep moving." rick replied.

"i say head east." t-dog suggested. "stay off the main roads." daryl demanded "the bigger the road, the more assholes like this one." he added as he shot an incoming walker with his crossbow

everyone headed back onto the road, faye rested her head on her dads back as he drove infront of the cars .

they drove for around 2 hours before ricks car honked, making them all stop. "you out?" daryl asked peering back to the man.

"running on fumes." he answered. "we can't stay here." maggie stated.

"we'll have to make a run for some gas in the morning." rick advised. "i'm freezing." carl complained, wrapping his arms around himself.

"we'll go out looking for firewood." daryl told the group. "stay close." he muttered to his daughter, who seemed out of it all.

faye could hear the group discussing something, but the words were lost in the back of her mind. she was tired, all she wanted to do was sleep.

"shane killed randall. like he always wanted to. then tried to kill my kid." she heard daryl announced snapping her out of her trance.
