Part 26 - Do I love her?

Chloe pov:

Chloe: Can we talk?

Future Chloe:  Wait, what are you doing here?

Chloe: Well, I stole Red's looking glass while she was asleep and saw something bad. I then stole her pocket watch, and it sent me here.

Future Chloe: Wait, what happened?

Chloe: Well, it was kinda vague, but.... we got into a heated argument with Red, and you kinda accidentally pushed her off the balcony.

Future Chloe: Wait, really?

I nodded.

Chloe: I am not gonna let that happen to her.

I took a deep breath.

Future Chloe: So how do we fix this? I don't wanna end up killing her, too.

Chloe: Let's sit and talk, I think there's something we can clear up.

So we both sat down under the string lights.

Future Chloe: So what's there to talk about?

Chloe: Are ya kidding me right now? Red just proposed to you, and you rejected her! That's the problem....

Future Chloe: Everyone knows 6 months is not enough. That's just not traditional.

Chloe: tradition? Did you forget that girl wasn't raised with love? Did you forget she never learned these traditions? She proposed because she thought she was ready to be in your life permanently.... I may not know your relationship now because I'm from the past. But I know that She was extremely nervous about doing such a thing because you meant the world to her. But you just had to go and break her fragile, loving heart..... all she ever wanted was you!

I got up and stormed off to the dorm to try and talk to Red. If my future self won't do the right thing, I will. Once I reached the dorm, I knocked.

Chloe: Red?.... Are you in there?

I knock once again.

Chloe: Can we talk?

I then slowly open the door a little to peek in, but no signs of Red. I then walk in.

Chloe: Red? 

Nothing? Hmm. Well, imma go wash my hands in the bathroom. I headed to the washroom, and I found Red unconscious on the floor. She's holding something sharp. I plot down. Is she alive? Is she breathing? What happened?  I then took my phone and called Uma.

Chloe: Uma, it's Chloe. I need an ambulance stat. Red's been hurt.

Uma: got it hold tight.

After a few minutes, Uma entered my room.

Uma: What happened?

Chloe: I don't know, we were having an ok date but then the date went wrong but I stayed a little but when I came back she was like this.

Soon, the Future Chloe walked in, too.

Future Chloe: What happened?

Uma and I both looked up at her.

Uma: You guys time traveled again? What was it for this time?

Chloe: Well, I stole her looking glass and saw myself push Red off the balcony.... 

Uma: ok, you guys need to stay away from heights.

Chloe: noted.

Soon, the ambulance came and took us to the hospital. Me, Uma, and future me had to wait in the waiting room.
