Part 37 - Meeting Lisa

Chloe pov:

It's October 3rd, which means I get to see my little cousin Lisa. I don't often see her, so I'm glad I get to spend the day with her. I can't wait for Red to meet Lisa. Hopefully, because she time traveled that she doesn't see Lisa as a threat.  We got dressed and headed to breakfast. Once I sat down, I wanted to make sure Red is ok with meeting Lisa.

Chloe: Hey, Red?

Red: Yes, Chloe?

Chloe: You're ok with meeting Lisa, right?

Red: Yes, why wouldn't I be? I know she's nice and isn't someone I need to worry about.

Chloe: I feel silly for asking  but I just don't want anything going wrong.

Red: it's not silly to ask, I mean, you know how it went the first time.... but this time, it'll be different.

She gives me a reassuring look. And puts my hair behind my ear, gently caressing her middle finger on my mark. A rush of love flowed through us.

Jack:  ahem.

He coughs. We turn to our friends.

Red: Sorry, I forgot you guys exist.

Red awkwardly smiles.

Chloe: Sorry.

Red: When I look at Chloe, she's the only one who exists to me.... can ya blame me?

She gestures to me. I couldn't help but blush a little. She's been so sweet. Now that we can't lie to each other.... I can ask her anything I want. Oh this got me an idea. I then face Red placing my hand on her cheek.

Chloe: have you lied to me since we met?

Red: no, I have never lied not once. Have you lied to me?

Chloe: no, never. I could never.

Red: good.

She then leans in and gives me a kiss.

Chloe: Oh yeah Lisa should be here at about lunch time. I'll tell her not to kiss my cheek.

Red: Chloe, I'm not bothered by her doing that. If you're ok with her kissing you like that that's all I care about. Besides I need to accept her to not have us fall off the roof.

She smirks. The bell rings and soon headed for class. I can't wait to tell Lisa about the magical promise. She's been wanting to learn about it but no one in my family has ever gotten one. After a few classes it was finally lunch time. I meet Red in the halls after class. I hold her hand.

Chloe: want to come with me to meet Lisa?

Red: yes, I can't wait to meet her.

We walk to the entrance, we saw Uma talking to other students. After a moment the students left and Uma walks to us.

Uma: still waiting for your cousin Chloe?

Chloe: Yep, she sadly couldn't come before lunch.... but it's ok we at least have the afternoon to hang.

Lisa: Chloeeee!

Red pov: 

I see Lisa run and  jump on Chloe. Chloe quickly catches her making  sure she didn't fall.

Chloe: careful there, I almost dropped you.

Chloe places the shorter girl down.

Lisa: who's this pretty girl?

I hear her try to whisper to Chloe behind her hand. Chloe giggles and walks to me holding g my hand facing Lisa.
