Part 50 - Taken

Red pov:

Everything is black, and I can't see anything. My hands are handcuffed. I felt the cold floor. I'm scared. What is going on? Who would do this? My mind is racing right now. My breath is getting heavier.

????: Calm down, you're fine.

And the hood was off. My hair was covering my face. I saw red tipped nail gently move the hair off my face. My face shot up to see who it was.

Red: Queen Red?

QR: Hi, little me.... did you miss me?

Red: Why? how? what?

QR: I needed to talk to you and didn't know how, so I may have temporarily stolen you.

Red: Well, before that, um, can you please remove these handcuffs? Thanks.

So she kneels, helping then off.

QR: Sorry about that. I kinda needed you to be contained....

Once they were off, I noticed we were in a room I had never been in?

Red: Where the heck are we?

QR: This is the queen's quarters.

Red: Oh, that why I've never seen this room....

QR: Let's sit and talk because I have a problem, and I'm hoping you could maybe try and help?

So we sit down facing each other. I waited for her to speak first since she's the one who sorts kidnapped me.

QR: I'm trying to keep calm, but I'm "this close" to losing it.

Red: woah, what happened?!

QR: Chloe did it again! She shut us down again! Everything was amazing when you left. Our family was back together. I got my dear Chloe and kids back. Then we got into an argument again, to which I tried to talk to her like a mature person or at least tried to, and now she won't even talk to me.

Red: So what was the argument about then? It gotta he something serious then.

QR: Well, we were out shopping. The kids were at home since they didn't want to come with us. I sorta got distracted and lost her for a moment, and when I found her, she was kissing someone else!

I looked at her puzzled.

Red: Was it like a kiss on the cheek cause we already went through that.

QR: No, it wasn't! It was a full-on mouth to mouth, and her hands were all over that nasty woman. I didn't recognize her, but Chloe sure seemed to know her. But I stayed calm and waited til we were home to talk. I explained what I saw and my concerns because you know we are a little paranoid at times. She doesn't even say sorry for kissing the girl. I asked who it was, and she just said an old classmate. I told her she shouldn't be kissing other women, and then she walks off. So now I'm like getting even more worried cause I feel like she might replace me with her or something. I tried to calmly talk to her 3 times. Not once did she answer any of my questions, she didnt even show any remorse either. I thought she was spelled, but she wasn't.  The 3rd time, she told me to get out of her face. Which is why I'm now here back alone in my castle.

Red: This doesn't make any sense. Chloe is not the type to cheat at all, and she's definitely not the type to not tell us something. How? I mean.... yeah, I'm just as lost as you right now. 

So we sit and think over the whole situation and story, trying to figure out what was up about Chloe because something felt very wrong. This isn't like her at all. I mean, I may not know her future self all top well, but last time I was here, she was not keeping secrets and avoiding confrontation. Then I got an idea. Maybe just maybe I can talk to her. If she won't talk to her wife, maybe she'll listen to me.
