- Inspired from his character as Jo Yeong

a/n: Winter Sleep by IU has been on repeat this past weeks that somehow gives me inspiration to write this story. Little bit modification but still, I hope you like it as much as I enjoy pouring the ideas of writing this :)
I had a hard time understanding the chatacter but I hope I get the brisk of it

----

Jo Yeong,

I hope you don't get bored to see it's me again writing another letter for you.

The documents that come with this letter are for you to read and analyze. I worked on a similar case before as I heard that you're working on an investigation with Yo Hwan Sunbae. I hope he doesn't give you a hard time, nonetheless, I know you're going to do well as usual.

Will you write back to me this time?

I'm going to be sad if you don't. Think of it as payback of me giving you the documents. I know it will help you out.

Hope to see you soon?

Oh Yeon Soo

-----

Jo Yeong puts the letter on top of the table and takes his moment to stay still before going to the documents that come with it. After restless days and nights, he knows he's having a hard time figuring things out on what he works on. Being a part of where he comes from and deciding to move here is hard. Appearing to be always tough, he had his time to adjust until three years ago he found himself settling down with a job as an investigator. It is something that he's good at.

Not only the job that was new in his rebooting life, but also a suitor.

Oh Yeon Soo never hides that she's attracted to him the day they worked on a team. She works as a forensic scientist and she's very good at it. Almost every evidence that needs to be analyzed she never fails to give him results beyond his expectation. She excels professionally and always does good at everything but when it comes to Jo Yeong, she doesn't seem to quite understand him well. That's what makes her attracted to him.

He takes his time reading the files and the hand written notes on every critical point that leads something to his current case. Once again, she helps him in a way that is unexpected.

When he is about to pull another paper left on the brown envelope, another light object drops to the floor. The pink blush colored flower with a small rolled up paper attached to it, drew his attention to it.

A few flowers were picked in early spring.

They're blooming and I have to show you before it's withered.

He never received this kind of attention in his life nor imagined one.

Still, he still hasn't gotten used to it.
