Maya looked at Carina and kissed her forehead before getting up and she said "Goodbye Carina."

Then Maya walked to the apartment crying.

Carina watched, her heart breaking into a million pieces as Maya walked away, leaving her behind. She couldn't bring herself to move, tears streaming down her face.

She whispered, her voice barely above a whisper, "Goodbye, Maya... I love you..."

Carina, still feeling the weight of the breakup and the lingering emotions swirling within her, arrives at Maya's apartment. She parks the car and takes a moment to compose herself before getting out.

Determined to retrieve her belongings, she takes a deep breath and walks towards the apartment.

As Carina stands outside Maya's apartment, her heart aches with a mixture of pain and longing. She braces herself for the task ahead, steeling herself to face Maya again despite the lingering emotions.

She takes a deep breath and knocks on the door, a mix of determination and trepidation coursing through her veins.

As Maya opens the door, her expression unreadable, the sight of Carina standing there makes her heart skip a beat. The pain of their recent break up lingers in the air between them.

Maya speaks, her voice quiet yet firm, "Carina, what are you doing here?"

Carina looks at Maya, her heart still filled with love and sadness. She tries to maintain her composure, her voice trembling slightly.

She speaks, her words quiet, but resolute, "I came to get my things."

Maya's expression softens for a moment, her own heart aching at the sight of Carina. But the pain and her need to stand by her decision keep her from showing her vulnerability.

She speaks, her voice quieter and with a hint of resignation, "Right... okay. Come in."

Carina nods and walks inside, her eyes sweeping the familiar surroundings. The room feels tense, the memories shared between them hanging heavily in the air.

She speaks, her voice still soft, yet filled with a hint of sorrow, "Can I grab my things now?"

Maya nods silently, her gaze fixed on the floor, unable to meet Carina's eyes.

She gestures towards the bedroom. "It's all in there. Go ahead..."

Carina nods again and walks towards the bedroom, her steps heavy with emotion. As she enters the room, the memories rush back to her, the moments they shared together filling her mind.

She begins gathering her belongings, her hands trembling slightly with each item she packs away.

Maya leans against the door frame, watching Carina silently. Her heart aches as she watches the person she loves pack her belongings, the reality of their break up sinking deeper into her soul.

But she stands firm, her voice soft and resigned, "Do you need help?"

Carina pauses for a moment, her back still turned to Maya. She takes a deep breath before responding.

She speaks, her voice quiet yet shaky, "No, I've got it. Thanks."

She continues packing, each item a reminder of the relationship they had and the one they've lost.

Maya nods silently, her heart heavy with a mixture of longing and regret. She watches as Carina packs her belongings, every word and gesture a painful reminder of what they have lost.
