As the car parked at the house, Miraal gazed outside at the house. The whole ride had passed her reciting "Ayatul Kursi". She was still a shaken up. Rohaan acted really weirdly. And that was the first time she ever such poignant fear. She was scared of him. He looked totally out of sorts. And it made her uncomfortable and worried too.

He's a dangerous man. She took few large breaths to control her irregular breathing. She doesn't want to go inside and let her mother worry of her. She put on a brave act and thanked the guard before stepping out of the car. Once she reached the door, she juggled the keys in and only then she heard the car leaving the entryway.

She closed the door behind her back and tightened her grip on her purse. She knew what's to come. She had mentally prepared herself through the ride. So, she was steady and calm. She made her way directly to the living room. Because she knew everyone would be waiting for her there.

And as expected, she found the whole family sitting there. Upon her arrival, Almirah stood up from her place. Her face looked tear strained. She hugged her daughter tightly and Miraal let her. She knew it was big day for both of them. And she knew how much Almirah awaited this day.

She did too.

Almirah pulled back before she kissed her daughter's forehead.

"You did it."

A new wave of emotions passed through Miraal. She wanted to hear those words since so long. But she didn't do it alone. Hell, Irtaza did more than her.

"I didn't. Not alone. Irtaza helped too."

She replied in pieces. Her voice hadn't been really back after the horrible encounter she had at the office. Maybe, Almirah thought it was because of the arrest because she didn't pay much attention to Miraal's lost voice. And she was thankful for it.

"Dekha bhai, main ne apko kaha tha k ek din Taimur Bhai to insaaf zaroor milega. ( Look, brother. I told you one day justice will be served to Taimur brother)"

Saima said in to the quite room. She never once doubted Miraal. She always knew she would do it and she did. And she was really proud.

"Take a seat, Miraal."

Suleman spoke for the very first time. She stared at him for a while. Before, she felt so much anger and hatred. She was angry because she kept thinking that how could a brother doubted another brother. It was impossible. But right now, as she looked into those eyes, she saw regret. Although, Suleman tried very hard to mask it but she could see it right through.

But it was too late now for that. The time already passed. Wounds already been given. There's nothing in her heart for them now. Anger and hatred had left its place a long time now. They couldn't change the past. And she couldn't care less of anything anymore. Her main goal was getting achieve and she was thankful for it.

She took a seat at the empty chair beside Almirah.

"Irtaza had told me, he's on his way when I called him. He will be here any second."

Saima informed. Miraal felt relived. She was worried for Irtaza. She didn't get a chance to talk and she was so shaken up, she didn't want to call and worry him by her over the sorts attitude.

"Good. Then, we'll talk after her arrives."

The heavy footsteps brought everyone's attention to the door. Irtaza stepped inside. His face looked tired. His coat discarded and hanging on his forearm. His hair messed up like he had run his hand over them countless times. He roamed his eyes around the room before it settled down on Miraal.
