It feels so good to be home. I feel sad for being kept away from this love all these years. Thinking only about the positives, I freshened up and headed downstairs to the kitchen. I rummaged through the available supplies and decided to make Paneer Manchurian—easy and tasty.

"Aiyyo! Yen madtidya? Yenadru bekidre nanage helu, ayta?" Bharti came in worried.

(Oh god! What are you doing? If you want anything let me know, ok?)

"Samadana! Naanu paneer manchurian maadoke bandiddu. Idanna naane madtini." I calmed her down.

(Calm down! I've come here to prepare Paneer Manchurian. I'll only make it.)

"Sari. Illivaregu yaaru aduge manege hinge bandirlilla. Adakke heliddu. Nimma mane, yavagadaru banni. Yenadru maadi." She said giving way for me to continue the preparations.

(Ok. To date, no one had come to the kitchen like this. That's why I told you. It's your house, come anytime. Do anything.)

"Eega swalpa help beku. Ee sauce galu yelliddave?" I asked sheepishly.

(Now I need a bit of help. Where are these sauces?)

"Allide. Tande iri." She said giggling.

(It's there. Wait I'll get them.)

Once she handed over the sauces, I shooed her away from the kitchen and got to preparing the delicacy. It was ready soon. I set the table and called out to everyone—that is, Anna and Appa. They came down to the dining area, taking their seats...

"Smells good. What did you make?" Appa asked.

"Paneer Manchurian. Hope you like it." I served them and myself before taking my seat. They dug into their plates. Appa's face lit up on the first bite while Anna chewed. Has the Paneer become rubbery? No, it can't be.

"Not bad! You can cook." He said with a slap to my shoulder. I acted as if it hurt so that Appa could scold him which he did. The satisfaction of getting your sibling scolded by your parents is good. Oh, how I love this life already.

"What's happening? And what's this amazing smell?" Bhargav walked in. Upon seeing the Manchurian he served himself and sat down to eat.

"Bharti, this is so tasty. Next time also do this." He addressed Bharti.

"Hello, Mister! I was the one who prepared it!" I huffed at him.

"I'm sorry!" He took my hand and kissed it. "A wonderful chef indeed." He complimented.

Anna coughed at the situation.

"Is my dear elder brother getting possessive?" I taunted adding to this irritation. "Don't worry, Bhargav is like an elder brother to me."
