Dinner was great, and Kali and Blaise were rushing back to his dorm, where Carla, Camden and Draco should be waiting for them, an ominous warning over their heads. Blaise wanted to confess to them their relationship together, so he left the reason for the meeting very vague, which was sure to scare them.

The couple was in front of the door, hands held. Before they stepped inside, they separated, not wanting to draw attention. Some sounds were coming from inside, so they opened the door, expecting to find their friends worried, but that wasn't the case.

Instead, they were on the floor, passing around a joint that Carla probably bought from another hufflepuff. They giggled at something that the couple had no idea of. It was like they didn't even notice they were in the room.

It wasn't until Blaise cleared his throat, commanding their attention. Carla was the first to turn, her eyes glossy, and smile at them.

"So, lovebirds, why have you demanded my presence in this stinky dorm?" She asked, her movements janky and mechanic, but a stupid smile was on her face.

Camden and Draco now looked at them, too. Camden's eyes were squinting, probably not registering their faces.

Kali and Blaise exchanged some annoyed glances, this was real news they were about to deliver. Slowly, Kali sat on the bed above the three of them. Blaise, wanting to be close to her, sat next to her.

"We brought you here today to deliver some news that will probably change our group dynamic." Kali spoke with a serious voice. "And we love how quickly we became close, but... Blaise, go on." She left the hard part for him because she felt horrible.

He sighed, meeting Draco's eyes, not knowing how his friends would take it. For so long it was just them three, and they seem to like Kali and Carla, but maybe this permanent addition would annoy them. "Kali and I are official. Labels and all." He threw it out, wanting to get it over with.

They held their breath, waiting for the tears or screams of anger, but they never came. The three of them looked at each other and started laughing. They fell against each other and laughed until their stomach hurt and their eyes were filled with tears.

When Draco could finally regain his composure, he started talking in his usual posh voice. "You seriously thought this would shock us? Everyone saw this coming. You were just too stupid to notice it."

Kali scrunched her eyebrows, a bit surprised. "You too, Carla?"

The blonde girl shrugged, nodding quickly. "I just won 500 gallons each from two of the richest slytherins at school." She teased the boys who just shook their heads sadly. "I knew you were going to date."

"If you expected this, why did you bet we wouldn't get together?" Blaise asked, his hand now on Kali's, not having to hide it anymore.

"I was just bored." Camden explained, rummaging around the floor to find his glasses, which he found after some time.

Draco just shook his head. "I didn't think Blaise had the balls. I was proven wrong, though."

"I couldn't let her pass me by." Blaise started explaining, his eyes softened when he looked at the girl sitting next to him.

"Your babies would be cute." Carla blurted out, like everything she said. She didn't think before speaking.

The words made Blaise nervous. He's never wanted kids or that slow life. His plans were to play quidditch and then like at a bachelor pad with girls coming in and out, but now, he has Kali. That means his future has to include her and her dreams and she wants marriage and kids.

Maybe he was getting ahead of himself, yet he didn't feel the dread that usually filled his body when he thought of that. It was now a good feeling, something to look forward to. He was clear that Kali was the girl he would marry, he just hoped she felt the same. From what he's seen, she does, but you can never be too sure.

"On a serious note, we are very happy for you and we hope for the best because I've gotten used to this little friend group we have." Camden said, his voice sobering up.

"Yup." Carla popped her p. "If you hurt her, Zabini, I will hunt you down and crucio you and your friends. Got it?"

He nodded, his face serious, yet she was probably joking. "I won't hurt her." His said, honestly. This was a sure thing for him now, and he refused to mess this up.
