RYDER'S POV

Sean was sitting next to me, on the bed. Ledger had went out to the hallway for a bit. Well, Sean told him to because he was fidgeting with everything and just made us even more nervous. Ledger always needed to have everything under control, and if it was under his own, it was even better.

That's why he was so good as his job. He always had everything under control. He knew all the subs' and doms' names, all their ages and most of their jobs. He had read those files over and over, it was crazy. I respected him for it so much. The Wave had had very bad times, and there had been so many issues with both doms and subs. Ledger would always break down so bad from it. Specially when any of the subs got hurt. He felt so guilty, as the Master Dom he needed to be on control, but he always took it a step further. I always thought he would have payed all his fortune to see every second of every corner of the club. This time it was no different. He had been all stressed out because he felt guilty he hadn't felt anything wrong.

- Nick and Leo are at your house in case he decides to go back. I think River was on his way there too. - Sean said.

I just nodded, staring back at the wall. Suddenly, the door opened and a boy entered rushing. My boy.

- Ryder! Oh my god Ryder I'm so sorry, I was so stupid - he said crying, hugging me so tight.

I hugged him back, taking my time smelling him and making sure it was real. He kept apologizing and crying.

- I'm so sorry, I love you. - he said.

Sean decided to leave the room. I cupped Jackson's face with my hands, making him look at me in the eye.

- Baby I love you, relax. I'm okay, you are here.

After some kisses and more hugging, he stopped crying and sat next to me.

- What happened? - I asked.

He took his time, trying hard not to cry again.

- I found the ring... I thought it was yours and I panicked.  I'm sorry I was so stupid.

The fucking ring. That bitch Asher was right, I should have never hidden it from Jack.

- Baby I'm so sorry I should have told you...

- No no -he cut me off-  I should have just talked to you. And, it's not that I dont wanna marry you, I do. Just nit yet, I'm not ready. I'm scared, I love you too much.

I kissed him, half so he could shut up and half so he could feel my love. We stayed hugging for a while, calming down and just chatting. Until someone calmly opened the door.

- I fucking told you bro, and you were like "nuhh nuhhh its5 better this wayyyy".

- Asher, I-

- And of course, the others were on your side. Cause, how would Asher even know this shit?

- Ash, I'm-

- And dont even get me started on that bitch Sean, he thinks he knows everything and he always needs to be against me I swear to god I-

- Asher! - I yelled. - For God's sake bro, calm down. I'm sorry. Yes, you were right, okay? Jesus.

He thought about it for a second before answering.

- Fine. But next time yiu listen to me.

- Yes. Of course.

Ledger rushed inside the room.

- Jackson, are you okay? Are you hurt? Did anyone hurt you?

There we had him, the overprotective Master Dom. After we explained the situation and he was reassured we were both okay, his face changed. His body was viabily more relaxed, but he was starting to look pretty angry.

- Jackson, this was not appropriate behavior. The rule number one of a submisive  and a dominant is trust. What about the comunication? Where did that go? All those lectures about it all the time to everyone and now look at you guys. - oh, I was included - Yes you too. I feel like I may just punish you both.

- What? - Me and my boy said at the same time.

- You heard me. You guys got me worried sick.

- Why don't we all just chill - Sean suggested
