I can't understand it and my temper rises and I get frustrated when it happens.

Am I being too careless about my food preference?

I don't eat healthy but I feel like that's the same for most people.

No one loves eating healthy...

Well some do but they are rare to me.

Most people like junk food. I'm the same.

I'm a picky eater too. Very picky in fact.

If I don't like something, I'll throw it aside and not take a single bite again.

Most of the time I'd rather starve and stuff myself with chips and snacks or I just fill myself up quickly with instant noodles or microwaveable food.

But when there is something I can eat then I'm fine with whatever.

The whatever part is that my eating schedule is so irregular, I'm bound to not always have it hot and I'm too lazy to reheat it.

What I'm saying is that I can eat it cold or room temperature.

In the first place I can't even eat hot food.

I can only eat warm food.

So I always say just leave it on the table and I'll eat when I'm starving because I'm too lazy or uncomfortable to go out to the diner room.

That means it doesn't matter to make my food hot. It'll cool anyways.

As long as the food is not frozen.

9.5/10 I'll be eating my food room temperature or cold.

So while knowing that and knowing my difficult personality, why make it so complicated.

I explain already how important and cautious my food have to be.

No bones.

If I see a single bone in any type of food dish, I completely lose my appetite. The reason being that sometimes there are small fragments that break off easily. I know I can pick it out, but when it hits in my mouth...

Yeah. Sorry. My whole mood just wilts and I lose my entire will to continue eating even when hungry.

I must point out. I only eat when I get very hungry because I'm too lazy to go out and too uncomfortable to eat with people around.

So I always have to wait or just sleep. Then go eat when no one's home or awake.

So you can imagine how much I would rather not eat than to eat something that has bones.

Although I'm not completely against bones, they bring good flavor to many dishes I can eat. But it has to be given to me very carefully.

Big bones are fine. I can clearly see it and won't accidentally choke on my food.

I just hate bone fragments and fish bones.

On that topic.

No fish.

Whether it's fish bones or strong smelling type fish. I won't eat it. My palate is so sensitive to fish that even when served to me as a dish and I can't see a hint of fish or know there's fish.

Once I take a bite, I could taste it immediately.

Fish is too fishy for me.

I can eat fish that have no bones though.

Usually fried fish and salmon.

Not tuna. I can't eat it no matter how you cook it. I've tried.

Nothing bitter.
