Today when my mom came home from work she mentioned this morning I was screaming in my sleep.
I screamed 3 times startling her while she was doing dishes.
She said it was like I saw something that scared me.
Now I'm bewildered.
Because I can't remember dreaming anything!
The first time ever in my life for what can be considered "sleep talking" is years ago.
Whatever my dream was, it was so damn funny I laughed out loud literally startling myself awake.
This happened. My dad was a witness to it because he was on his iPad sitting right next to me.
I'm also a witness because I was still breathlessly laughing to an end while waking up.
But this time I had no clue!!!
Completely unaware.
Only my mom was a witness.
She thought it was my dad at first but was confuse to realize it was actually me.
So I questioned her when did it happen. Because my sleep is really...
I've talked about it a lot before. It's not like I'm a light sleeper or a deep sleeper. But I sleep and wake up constantly. So I'm always in the vague state of awareness and unawareness.
It's like my consciousness has been split into 2.
So even when I can't completely remember my dreams. I can still remember fragments and blurs.
This time it was completely blank for the dream that made me scream.
Not to mention I did wake up and hear her cleaning the dishes. Even if my brain was slow and groggy.
My screaming should've happened not long ago.
So waking up I should've remembered my dreams then forgot. But I should still have an impression, right?!
No...
I remembered nothing!
Which makes me super curious about the dream!!!!
I dreamt of so many nightmares before but it never made me scream in my sleep so what was scary enough for me to scream 3 times?!?!
I've woken up in pain, disoriented, uncomfortable! I've experienced a lot...
So what kind of dream can make me scream?!?!
Honestly at first I wanted to write something different. It kinda related to my sleep screaming but not really.
Want to know what it feels like to wake up to a whole crossed cut onion laying next to your head and pillow?
I experienced it today...
Luckily I didn't cry first thing I wake up. But I didn't feel very pleasant waking up to a cut onion to my face.
Now you ask: Why was there an onion on my bed?
My answer is: The internet has harmed me!
My mom... I don't know where she heard it from.
I understand the garlic.
I understand the rock salt.
Why onions?!?!
Throughout my room there's salt and garlic to ward off bad things! But onions too?!
You know stepping on rock salt barefoot is painful! Those uneven edges just... They're so small and hard to see sometimes on the carpet!!!
Anyways salt. Perfectly understandable. I see it used to fight against bad things in movies, videos, religion, etc. Salt feels like a universal weapon apparently.
Garlic? Sure. Makes some sense even though I don't believe there's any vampire crisis or if garlic even works on vampires.
But onions????
Is it to make them cry to death?
I feel like I'm being dry marinated in my room.
Where's the pepper? We're missing some pepper in this room.
That's all I have to say for today.
But I really want to know that dream.
I told my mom if it happens again, record it.
But she says from where she was and to my room was not fast enough to record plus she has to get her phone and start recording.
She said by the time she got there it probably would've been over.
Really... 3 short screams that seems like I saw something terrifying and they were loud enough to be heard by her while washing dishes.
I'm so intrigued by this bizarre event.
