Wow what a shitty day.
My WiFi has no internet.
Long story short:
About a month ago, cox did maintenance in the dead of night at around 12 or 1.
Next day I got an email for tracking delivery and a reminder to install the new modem.
Got it on time and thought to myself. How hard could it be to hook it up myself? I just have to look at the old one fore reference.
Took it out and wow! No instructions! Just one sheet of paper with a QR code and letters saying download the cox app.
Ok. Simple. Downloaded the cox app. And asked my sister the account log in to activate it.
No reply. Must be busy. So I checked the new modem and wires.
Super simple except one cord that made no sense to me. The telephone cord. The old one has it too and it's connected to the back of the old modem.
But our house doesn't have a telephone? So where did the other end go within the sea of cable wires and behind a heavy and large wooden table cabinet that's against the wall?
No clue. So I requested help.

Omg!!! Why did you put it off for so long?! How busy can you be to make me wait almost a month?! In the mean time the internet tested my patience!
I went through all sorts of bad signal, not loading, no internet, it was all bad every few days.
Last Sunday my sister finally came but it was actually to have an excuse!!!
Omg! And I mean FUCKING BLOODY HELL!!!
To explain it in clear detail. Last Sunday every close acquaintance made an appointment and promise to go pray at their boss's house.
It was a 100 days after the funeral.
Everyone was notified many days before the appointment.
Appointment: Sunday 5pm
The boss let everyone off early and gave an hour! Very reasonable and understanding. So 4pm everyone got off work and ready to go.
Sunday my mom took care of my sister's child. That day she repeatedly reminded my sister's husband.
One way or other I do not know how you can possible be late and not answer when called when normally he picks up.
My mom was at my sister's house with the child not far from the place hosting. 5-10-15 minutes approximately.
Anyways the husband came late to take his child making my mom late and my sister also somehow late.
It was frustrating and embarrassing.
By the time my mom got there, the praying session was almost finished. Next was the banquet.
My mom left without saying anything or showing her face. She felt embarrassed and angry. She said if there was no banquet the she could try to muster up the courage to go in. But they're about to eat. If she went then it seems like she was disrespectful and was only there for the food.
She didn't have the nerve to go so she just left.
My sister and her husband didn't go probably because they felt shame too. Surprise! I thought they were shameless.
Oh get this. The host is the in law relative from my sister's husband side. Yeah. They're family. Can you imagine?
It was a praying session for a dead relative 100 days after their funeral.
God! And then came to my place to have an excuse that you were caught up with something!
The husband even went to the backyard and picked all the apples!!! The tree is bald! Just a day ago my mom picked a whole big bag of apples for you guys!
She picked all the ripe and big ones! They couldn't finish it even if given a week.
But he came and picked the tree bald! You stupid... AHHH!!! Some of them were not even ripe yet! You needed to wait a few more days!
Also some of those were meant to become offerings to my grandma!
Although I don't care, I have a deeper impression of dislike toward you now!
My sister in the meantime helped install the new modem. We got to the last step. You needed cox to activate it. My sister called.
They're close.
No choice. Put back the old one.
Got internet but the situation became more frustrating.
Now it's Wednesday. Internet completely stopped.
No choice. Install the new modem again and my sister will remotely try to activate it.
Everything was going smoothly until there was no wifi name. Can't find it. Can't search for it. It doesn't exist.
Me who thought it was finally over: ....

Me: FUCK!
Anyway we scheduled an appointment to have someone come and deal with it tomorrow morning.
A whole day without wifi. Luckily I have cellular. But I'll be lonely in the dead of night after using my phone and need to charge it. Usually I would switch to my old phone but it doesn't have cellular and there's no wifi.
It became a bright lit brick.
Oh and I barely installed any app on either phone so the chances of having a game or app that works without wifi is zero.
I should remember to download something after all of this is over....
I'm dead tired.
I lost so much sleep trying to hurry before WP deletes any more stories I'm reading....
DAMN! I feel dizzy all of a sudden.
