Author's Pov:
As the car slowed to a stop, Taehyung turned off the ignition and exhaled, gripping the steering wheel for a moment before glancing at you. His heart pounded lightly against his ribs—not out of nervousness, but out of anticipation. He had planned this night with so much thought, wanting everything to be just right for you.
He stepped out first, adjusting his suit jacket before quickly making his way to your side. Before you could reach for the door handle, he was already there, pulling it open for you. The warm evening air wrapped around you as you stepped out, and for a moment, he just stood there, watching you. Under the glow of the lights, with the gentle breeze tousling your hair, you looked even more breathtaking than he had imagined.
Wordlessly, he extended his hand, and when you placed yours in his, he squeezed it lightly before intertwining your fingers. A silent reassurance. A silent promise that he would make tonight special.
The entrance to the venue was discreet, leading into an elegant building with soft golden lighting. A staff member greeted Taehyung with a knowing nod, leading you both to an elevator. The ride was smooth and silent, the anticipation thick in the air as you glanced at him. He didn't say much, but the small smile playing on his lips told you that he had something special planned.
