The last chapter wasn't meant to be happy, but you requested a part 2 and I do not like to disappoint. Enjoy!

The few days after your encounter with Dean were hard. You will admit that tears were shed. But then all of that turned into anger.

You sold your soul to save Sam! Then Sam yelled at you, practically forcing you to leave your home. And you listened. Yet, in Hell, he was the only thing you held onto. Then when you came back, you had to leave again.

What was the point of being brought back to Earth if the Winchesters pushed you away?

You sighed, at least you were saved from the torture...

Seeming you had nothing other to do, you continued hunting. Going back to work as a lone wolf like you were before you met Sam.

Now, you were up north in Seattle. Investigating a series of mysterious drownings in the Puget Sound. You were skeptical if it was even a case, the Sound is very cold and could have been hypothermia. But all of these were fully grown adults who family members said, "were very good swimmers and knew their limits."

If you were getting too cold, you would have headed back to shore. It takes about 45 minutes to die of hypothermia, one of these drownings happened after 15.

You were seated at one of the diners, researching, when you heard the door bell chime. You looked up and your jaw dropped. There was Sam and Dean, standing at the entrance!

You panicked, resisting the urge to go up and throw a punch at Sam, and one at Dean for that matter.

"Seeing you," Dean's voice echoed in your head, "he might snap again."

You let out a soft sigh, careful not to draw attention to yourself. You scooted closer to the window and angled your laptop in front of your face, also pulling your hood up.

You needed to leave. Quietly, you packed your things up and snuck out the door. You walked past the beautiful black Chevy 1967 Impala and swallowed your feelings.

Your time with the Winchesters are over, you decided. You went to get into your car and left to the beach, ready for more investigation.

You may have given up the Winchesters, but this was your hunt.

The creature behind the drownings was not a ghost, as you suspected, but a demon. You struggled against the icy currents while gripping your demon blade, almost and exact copy to Ruby's knife. You felt hands grab at your foot and pull you under. The temperature immediately made you feel lost of breath as you blindly swung at the grasp pulling you down.

Your heart pounded in your ears as you broke free, kicking to the surface. You barely had time to breath before you were pulled down again. This time, instead of struggling you pushed yourself down, ignoring the building pressure. The possessed man came into view and reluctantly you shoved the knife into his heart. You didn't want to kill the vessel, but you couldn't preform and exorcism underwater.

Blackness edged your vision as you lost your energy to swim to the surface. But someone dived in and pulled you up.

You both reached the surface coughing and spluttering, you mostly coughing up water and shivering. The man pulled you to shore and laid you down on a blanket, immediately wrapping you in a towel

Then you looked up and your heart dropped. Your rescuer was Sam.

"Dean, I have to get into the water. The ghost may still be near." You hid your face as Sam turned to you. "Are you okay."

You looked down and lowered your voice, rasping it up trying to copy Cas' voice.

"Yes, I'm fine."

Sam turned his back on you and you looked to Dean, his gaze met yours and he reeled back.

"What are you doing here?" He whisper-yelled.

"I'm on a hunt!" you responded. "And I killed it, it was a demon not a ghost, like I thought. Luckily, I brought a special knife just in case."

"What if Sam looks back and sees you?"

"I'm leaving, don't worry." You unwrapped yourself from all the warm, toasty blankets and stood up, still shivering.

You started to walk off when you heard Sam's voice.

"Y/n?"

You froze, turning around slowly. Sam's eyes filled with tears as he embraced you in a hug, which you pulled away, punching him square in the jaw. "What was that for!"

"For being a dick and kicking me out of the place where I lived, telling me not to come back, and leaving me in fear for a whole year. I saved you, ready to lay my life down for you because I loved you! But you sent me off, starting my torture early!"

You let it all out. The tears, the anger...

"After I came back I stayed away from you. So just let me go."

"Y/n-"

"No, Sam," you sighed, drained of energy. "Have I ever stopped loving you? No. But Dean was right about one thing, we are better off on our own. This sighting was both lucky and unlucky, but I have to go now." You turned back, struggling over the sand and finally reaching the path.

"Y/n, will we see each other again?" You turned back and looked at Sam.

"I don't know."

"Will you ever come back to us, to me?"

"I don't know, one day, maybe." And with that, you walked back to your car and drove off. Though there was no feeling holding you down now.
