You were busy typing away on your computer, looking for lore that could help you improve as a hunter. At the moment, you were scrolling through some lore about demons, you've dealt with them enough (being a Winchester and all), but anything helps. You were so focused that you literally freaked out when your screen went black.

"What?" You groaned, typing codes into your computer, but nothing happened. You were known for hacking, but the only person better than you was... Charlie.

What's up Y/n?

Words came across your screen. You smirked. You never let your brothers know, but you had a massive crush on Charlie. Whenever you were around her, you felt like you were walking on sunshine.

-Hey Charlie

You looked around to see if anyone was in the area. Nope.

I was wondering... You, me, date tonight?

Your insides fluttered and you bit your lip, smile etching it's way across your face. Charlie jsut asked you, of all people, on a date.

-Why not? I'm open. What do ya want to do?

You waited for the response, listening for your brothers. They didn't know you even crushed on girls.

I'll pick you up around 7, we can go out for dinner. Nice and casual.

Nice and casual.

-Agreed.

You sent it and said your goodbye then slammed your laptop shut and danced around the table for a bit. Then you froze, looking up at the clock.

It was 6:30.

You grabbed your computer and raced to your room, nearly slamming into Sam on the way.

"Woah there!" he protested.

"Not the time, Sam!" You skidded across a corner and dashed into your room. You looked down at your outfit. It was ripped sweatpants and a dirty top.

You agreed on casual, but this was no outfit to wear on any type of date. You slammed your door shut and looked into your closet, deciding on a plaid top and ripped skinny jeans.

You could hear the murmurs of Sam and Dean outside.

"Y/n, open up!"

"Hell no! I'm changing!" you shouted back, buttoning up your shirt.

There was more soft mutters. Then the soft slapping of hands of what sounded like rock, paper, scissors.

"Do we, uh, need to get you anything?" Dean roughly said.

"No, why ask?" You looked at the clock. It read 6:45.

"Y/n, what are you up to?" Dean persisted. By then you were putting your hair up into a messy bun.

"Nothing," You sighed, debating whether you should say what you were going to say next. "I, uh, actually have a date."

"What?!" The combined voices of your brothers sounded.

You opened the door to reveal a red faced Sam and Dean. "It's a hunter, don't worry. I'll do the holy water test when-"

"A date, Y/n?" Dean growled. "Are you sure you can handle walking around with some guy?"

"Dude, I can kill monsters. I'm pretty sure I can handle a date."

"Y/n, you-"

"Do you seriously not trust me?" you snapped. " I have a blade on me at all times." You rolled up one of your pant legs to reveal a knife. You rolled up a sleeve and revealed another strapped to the inside of your arm. "And I have a bobby pin in my pocket, hidden in my hair, and clipped onto my shirt for worst case scenario. I'm a hunter, always prepared," you finished with a smirk

Silence. You can tell that your brothers were trying to look for another protest.

"Who is he?"

"Seriously?"

You were interrupted by a loud knock at the door. Sam spun towards you, fuming.

"You told him the location of the bunker?"

It was practically a race to get to the door first. You beat your brothers and opened the door with a smile to reveal Charlie. You heard Dean cough awkwardly to the side.

"What's up, bitches?" Charlie stepped inside. "Ready to go, Y/n?"

"Hang on, these idjits thought I couldn't handle this date so," you grabbed a flask of holy water and poured it on her hand then handed her a knife. She dragged it across her palm. You watched your brothers' faces as nothing happened. They were motionless. You sent them a triumphant look.

You grabbed a bandage for Charlie's hand.

"Um, hi Charlie," Sam said awkwardly, breaking the moment of silence.

"I just wanted to say, thanks for letting me go out with Y/n. She's a great hunter and an amazing person! We've been sharing hunting tips so don't be worried that we'll get mugged or something, I'll bring her back around 11ish." She gave a cheeky grin to your brother's as you stepped to her side.

You two started walking over to her (probably stolen) car.

"Adios muchachos!" You shouted to your brothers, who were standing dumbfounded in the doorway.
