Destiny Twisted - 3

"I love you Tay, so much that I am not able to imagine my future without you, no matter how much I try," New confessed, squeezing Tay's hands.

Tay didn't mind that there were people around... As soon as he heard those words, he went in for a kiss... It was deep but brief.... "I know New, strangely I am so into you too that I can't imagine a future without you, How can I ever?"

New smiled... "That is all I wanted to hear. You can take as much time as you want to sort your things with Kao, I can wait, I understand."

Tay looked away and forced himself to be honest.... "But I am afraid the minute I see Kao's face I might change, He has already suffered so much, I am not sure I will have the heart to tell him that I found someone else while he was suffering in jail alone, New, would you be able to do it if you are in my position?"

"I would, if it meant I won't lose you," New answered with an angry face.

"Then, make that decision for me, Why are you taking me to Kao? Lock me up, Don't let me go see him, I don't know what will happen if I do, I was in love with him for years, how can I convince my heart to leave him for selfish reasons?"

"Tay!" New's voice was a bit loud... "It's simple," He spread a palm on Tay's chest.... "Who does your heart ache for? Does it fear losing me or him?"

Tay shook his head as his body trembled and tears flowed out... "Both, I can't lose you both, I don't want to leave either of you, I can't let any of you go."

New sighed.... "I will indeed make the decision for you then, I will take the next flight back home, I just have to drink away my nights, and eventually I might get over you."

Tay gripped New's hands now... "No, no I don't know what to do without you anymore. You can't leave me. I don't even know how to switch on the coffee machine without you around. I didn't drive in months, I am not even sure I can drive on my own now."

"You will figure it out," New said sternly.... "You are perfectly capable of doing everything before I entered your life right? You will be fine"

Tay still shook his head, fresh tears smearing his cheeks.... "How will I go through the day without your warm hugs? Who will buy me fruits and push me to eat healthy?" Tay's voice became a whisper... "Who will let me act like a prince during the day and bottom me at night? It's your fault, you turned me into this, you spoiled me."

"Tay, Do you even understand what you are talking about? What do you mean? You want to still keep me around while dating your boyfriend?"

Tay proceeded to hold New's face... "You always give me what I ask right? You never rejected me, You like doing everything I ask of you, Don't you?"

New took his face away from Tay's hands.... "I am not going to let you play me knowingly, I did all that because you were healing from a broken heart and needed that love and care."

"I am not asking you to be my secret New."

New frowned.

"I am saying I need you, and if you are okay, I will convince Kao too."

New's frown only deepened... "Impossible, I don't like sharing my partner like that."

"Can you not reject me so fast? Please atleast think about it" Tay requested.
