True Love

Warning: It's the longest chapter with a bit of smut.

Its been 900 years since moon goddess has angrily cursed all the Alphas after a unforgivable incident, that Alphas would be deprived of their true love, that their mates will not be born in the same era and would never meet. But it was not the curse only to Alphas, it was one that affected Omegas as well, It meant there mates would never find them, So Omegas together prayed for moon goddess to take back the curse, but all goddess could do was give them a way out, She said that the day an Alpha could over come there bodily needs and learn to truly love, the curse would reverse itself.

Alphas being the strongest and commanding over Omegas, they could make Omegas do anything they want, So they would order Omegas and take advantage of them especially when they are on heat as it's near impossible for them to control their urges even if they want to. And now because of the curse, they had no reason to control and wait for their mate, it made Alphas become wilder than ever. Even after the goddess said that they need to find True love to reverse the curse, Alphas couldn't do it, anyway they are getting what they want, they are still able to get Omegas do whatever they want, whenever they want so why bother. The story has slowly become a Myth and Philosopher's started debating on the fact that if the mates even existed. The rulers started implementing rules like getting Alphas married as early as when they are three years old to not let them go wild and protect Omegas. And Omegas started learning to control Alphas with the help of their pheromones. To put simply, everything is a chaos, some responsible people trying to bring balance here and there.

Between everything, in a kingdom called Suposan, the king swore that he would definitely find love and break the curse. It then became the tradition of the family, that they wouldn't mate until they find their love. The last six generations of Alphas in the family, were taught and trained harshly to have their hormones under control, tied when they enter heat and Omegas are made to parade and seduce them so they would grow inert to Omegas scent until they could find there love. And all the six generations were arranged to marry the princesses from different kingdoms when they were older enough and couldn't wait for there love anymore. And thus The Vihokrotanas have become to be known for their humbleness and patience especially with there partners.

It was a bright day in Suposan and the sky was clear like it's smiling at the Earth when Tawan was born. As happy the whole kingdom was, queen was equally sad that she gave birth to an Alpha, who is about to go through a harsh childhood full of teachings and trainings, just to forcefully mate with an Omega at the end, which wouldn't even be his own choice. Especially because she knows how badly it hurts for Omegas when they mate and how his husband was reluctant to do it,
she only heard in folk tales that the only way Omegas enjoy mating is when it's their true mate. But the king was ecstatic that though he lost his chance, he got another in the form of his son. So the queen hoped badly that her Son would find his true love, that is the only way everything everyone has done and will be doing would be worth it.

A couple of years later, Tawan was playing with his sister when he fell down. The fall hurt his knee badly and so the prince started crying uncontrollably, no matter how much anyone tried he wouldn't stop crying but after a couple of hours without any prompt he stopped crying and smiled wide, everyone who was there and could see that smile felt blessed as the view etched in their minds forever. No one were able to explain why the young prince suddenly stopped crying but were glad to see him smile like the Sun himself. The following years were hard for Tawan as planned, he was not sure why he is being educated privately and is particularly being taught to respect Omegas and ask permission if he ever needs anything from them everyday. His father used to keep telling him that he is highly powerful but he should never use that power for any kind of destruction, while Tawan never understood what the words meant until his first heat hit him.
