The loud music from downstairs is faintly audible, getting louder and calmer whenever someone opens the door to come in and go out. This time from how slow the door is closing and the music is fainting, Tay could say who it was that came out. The only reason he was standing there looking over the city and not capturing it's beauty in his hand is because his phone was confiscated. It was a private party and they have been told no one can post photos of the night. So, instead he is holding a glass of Negroni. The party didn't get boring, it's just he got tired from jumping around and so he decided to step out and have his drink in peace.
He heard the foot steps approaching him as he concentrated and the scent hit him before the body, it was the one that Tay confuses as his own, when the hard abs fit into his back and the long hands arrested him against the grill, Tay adjusted himself to let the chin rest on his shoulders. Tay felt the breeze become warmer all of a sudden making the cold night comfortable. He felt a nuzzle on his ear and smiled.
Tay lifted the glass up for a sip, but it was not him who took the sip, as soon as the strong drink hit the throat a groan escaped Hin's lips, that made Tay chuckle and take a sip himself.
The faint music and the city lights infront are not there in there world anymore, all there is now is the light in there eyes and there synchronized breath as the music.
New smiled thinking of the joke that Tay made earlier but no one really got it except for New. Tay heard that smile and turned to New to see what he is up to. The view that came into Tay's vision is not something he would ever want to forget, nor he ever will, it's just front half of his Hin's face, lips perked in a smile making his cheeks look chubbier than they already are but the best part is that mole on the nose, it's like looking at the Earth from on Moon, looking at everything that is already known except the details that just got amplified. It made Tay forgot it's not his usual head's position. His eyeballs kept moving up and down the length of New's face and there was no blinking involved.
That's when New turned too, and his clock froze, everything just felt stopped when he looked at his love, if Tay thought New is surreal, New thinks Tay is impossible. His sharp cheeks , sculpted nose and those two small , innocent eyes fitted right where they are perfect, New's eyes were glued to his view, it's something he wants to etch into his every cell alive in his body. When finally Tay's gaze settled on New's plump lips, it made New shudder inside. He cursed himself for coming out insearch of Tay, he has kept his little secret too long and it can't be exposed today.
He has always tried not to be single just to not face this moment. He has gosebumps at the root of every hair of his skin, it wasn't helping that he is feeling hot inside but stone cold outside craving a lot more than he can put in words.
Tay on the otherhand, could never come to terms of his likings, he decided to be single and alone forever, he knew long back he can't ever love anyone else but his Hin, and he can never get his Hin. They spent too much time together that they don't have distingution between reality and their feelings. They both knew they love eachother more than they can love anyone else, and they also know that's not how life works. Hence they kept it to themselves, engaging in moments like this time to time fooling themselves that it's okay, that it's not toxic, that it's enough.
Hin was sure it was not enough for the night, he let his right hand slip off the grill without breaking his line of sight. The free hand moved up to land on the tight abdomen. Tay flinched from the sudden bold move from the fair guy. His sane half told him it was his Hin, but the insane half of his brain kept pestering that it's the alcohol.
The hand pressed and the faces became closer. Small beads of salt started forming on Tay's forhead glistening in the city lights. Not that anyone is noticing but they are the proof of reality that's going on.
