Human Error.
Two words you often hear when a mistake has been made or you leave room for a mistake to be made, purely because we are human.
But it is because we are human, that it isn't a mistake, it is not a flaw in our design because I believe every human is flawless.
And it is not Human Error, because it is not an Error to be Human.
An Error would imply that something is wrong. But there is nothing wrong with being Human.
In fact, it is all the mistakes and flaws and Errors, that make us Human.
So there is no such thing as Human Error, there is just
Human.
