The little things

Here it is. Plain and simple.

Before I start this poem I have a couple of things to say!!

1.630 readers!! I didn't think poetry especially my poetry would or could get so many reads!

2. Thank you to everyone who has added this to their reading lists!! Of all my works this is the only one to make it on to anyone's reading list!! I feel so accomplished!!

3. Shout out to ApostropheA who had given my great feed back and support.

So here it is. Plain and simple. Everything you ever wanted. My honesty, the truth, to see things as they are.

You lived in a fantasy world, so consumed by your own wishes and thoughts, refusing to see reality.

Well here it is. I'm handing it to you. Not on a silver platter, dressed fancily with distractions. But like a slap round the face, like the smack of rubber. Quick and obvious, showing all you need.

You loved that world, so safe and nice, but you started going insane, loosing yourself to this lie.

So here it is. The straight up truth. There is no bubble to protect you anymore. You need to hear it, I have to say it.

The truth is I love you. And that scares me.
